The right product (for me) was delivered as required and placed in storage by a helpful and co-operative driver (door+glass+hardware).
No difficulties encountered in ordering (and paying) nor in re-scheduling the delivery date.
Everything worked as it should and the door is now in place and doing everything a door should.

I bought French doors from this company. Unfortunately for me I purchased the doors without glazing. I contacted this company to purchase the glazing. I went through the order with Adam, who worked out the additional costs. On receiving Adam's email with the additional cost, i made a decision that the cost was too expensive. I asked if i could return the goods, which was agreed by Adam. Adam sent me a further statement detailing the collection however the price I paid for the doors, the actual unit price was nearly £100 less that what I actually paid for the doors. I spoke to Adam on the phone regarding this, but at the end of the conversation, I was even more frustrated because he was making no sense, justifying the significant reduction in my refund. I then agreed by email to have the goods collection but also I expressed I was unhappy with the situation. I then wrote a review of my experience. I wrote my experience and stated that I thought this was criminial as a figure of my speech. Well I was contacted by Steve Naylor who informed me due to my wording in my review the company would no longer be collecting the doors and if i wanted a full refund, i would have to pay the cost of shipping the doors myself! This is at the cost of £150+++
This compnay has punished me for my review.
They will not compromise. I have explained my review was my right as a customer and i have also apologised for my wording which really was not posted to cause any personal offence, its just how I felt about not receiving back the money I paid for the door!!!
I will not advise anyone to buy anything from this company. I have lost money. i have doors I DONOT want, and complete aggression and personal ignorance from this company. STAY AWAY!!!

The product was paid for up front,apparently a stock item ,until payment cleared. Then out of supply, 2 months and plenty of chasing later,it was delivered. The quality of some of the components are not fit for purpose, a dispute with PayPal raised, and the company, must be well aware of how this works, strung me along until time elapsed for resolution and case closed.I now have to take it up with my card company for a refund

Good clear communications with the staff on a custom sized door. Price was acceptable but 20 week lead time was a little frustrating. They managed to speed up delivery a bit which was good. Overall very good.

Hi Steve,
Sadly there appears to be no way to reply to your response so unfortunately here's another one star review.
Your guy was the third delivery to our home that day, the previous two managed without incident.
The wasteland, or more accurately described as my neighbours usually well manicured grass, though covered in snow, it was blindingly obvious what was track and what was grass.
Obviously as you're based in Chesterfield, why would your guy know my area, I'm pretty sure the two previous delivery drivers to our home that day were also not local.
When your other driver turned up and tried to assist and left after one brief attempt at pulling the van out, we notified the driver that we had to go out for a medical appointment I was about to point out to him where to leave the doors and the shovel I'd lent him, but he said they won't be offloaded today and they will be delivered tomorrow, Friday.
I couldn't assist the driver as I was four days out of hospital having had spinal surgery but why your rescue driver couldn't help driver one the 15 metres with two small doors is beyond me, if he had then this one star review would have been a far higher 4 or 5 star review.
On the Friday I emailed and asked when could I expect the delivery, at 10:30 when I'd had no response I rang, not to complain (listen to the recordings if you have them) but to ask when the delivery was coming, the person I spoke to said "I'll call you by the end of the day as it will be next week", guess what she never rang back. I emailed again Monday morning and was told we are working on it, then late Monday I get the "Delivery is looking likely to be on Wednesday this week" the term likely isn't what a customer is looking for, what do I tell my boss, "hey boss I'm likely going to be off all day waiting for a delivery and I might be off the next day too".
I appreciate you wanting to defend your guy and your company and within minutes of the successful delivery I had an email requesting feedback (good or bad, your words) so I obliged but as it was an internal to Doordeals I felt the wider buying public could benefit from my experience of your customer service.
As for driving down and retrieving your drivers rubbish then please do arrange a visit, you can also see the damaged plant driver two broke with the doors which he just left by our door on the rain sodden ground, he couldn't be bothered to place them inside the porch and instead left my wife to manage them, and before you point out your policy of doorstep delivery only, can I draw your attention to item 1 on the delivery note "deliveries can be made to an easily accessible ground floor location only".
As for the final delivery driver not having space for the rubbish, he refused point blank and told my wife "the vans chock a block" well he just offloaded two doors so he had plenty of room, what he didn't have was any customer service skills so perhaps you can give him some education.
