Being a typical small c conservative English person, I almost never give top marks. Have to say though, the service received this evening could not have been better. Went in to look at the sale items and though the item i wanted was not in the sale Amani helped guide me through other great options and helped me use the qr code to still get a discount. Excellent throughout.

We were served almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful Jay. He measured our daughter’s feet, taking good care to make sure it was accurate. Then miracles of miracles she liked the first pair of sandals she tried. I suspect it was partly because she was won over a bit by Jay!

"Disappointing "

Disappointed with the Torhill Bee shoes I bought from the Clarks website, the two colours of the faux leopard print were not fully aligned, meaning the pattern was a bit indistinct & blurry unlike the website photos. Sadly shoes were returned, awaiting refund.

The salesperson was so helpful, and smiley. He didn’t have my size but got a different colour for me to try on, then ordered the colour in my size. They have arrived today!
