As ever, great service from the team at Clarks in Blackburn. Sara and her colleagues were really helpful and very welcoming. It is always a pleasant experience shopping there.

Finding men’s shoes in Haywards Heath is usually tricky so it was great to leave the Clarks store here with 2 pairs
My husband wasn’t sure he’d find anything so entered the shop with that thought
We glanced at a pair on the shelf and 1 of the shop assistants (Suzanne) let us know about some shoes in the sale
She proceeded to given us really superb service going above & beyond todays expectations
Due to her professional care & service hubby has new shoes & summer shoes too
Staff really do help with sales so thank you to Suzanne C for giving first class service

How refreshing. I visited my local Rayleigh store and was greeted by Claire and the store manager Alison . My issue was dealt with in a professional and timely manner and to be honest I was amazed at the level of customer service I received was absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely airy store and let’s not forget the other Alison who took my initial call to arrange a convenient time to pop in. In all a first class customer service experience, well done ladies 😉👍🏻

Excellent customer service. Mohamed was polite, friendly and respectful. He helped when I changed my mind without any fuss. All the staff had smiles and the shop was clean and tidy. Oh and I love my new sandals

I visited Clark’s shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon with my cousin who travels all the way from Shanghai to visit me for a week. As she heard about Clarks shoes are very well made, therefore it’s the obvious place for her to do her shoes shopping there. The staff especially Alex was extremely helpful. Although the shoes my cousin really liked but she wanted a second thought. Alex was kindly hold that pair of shoes for a day to consider it. I myself found a pair of green sandals but without the right size. Only size 7G in the shop. Alex was kindly to place an order (size 8G) for me. Her politeness and helpfulness were most impressed. For this reason, I decided to take time and report our satisfaction on the experience in the shop today.
