Giving a 5 out 5 star review for the best customer service I have ever come across.
I will give credit where credit is due, and it certainly is in the Clarks shop Derry.
Young girl Claire, helped get me get shoes fitted not one but two pairs. Excellent workers. And not afraid to give a helping hand.

Good quality shoes, with wide range which are perfect for my children. When I go into store the staff are always helpful and friendly. I recently visited the Surrey Quays branch and Maria was wonderful. Measured all 3 of my boys feet and she was very patient with us. Thanks very much.

I was in store with my mum and served by Maria at the newtownabbey store, what a cheerful, helpful person. A size of shoe not available in store but Maria offered to order in which was great, leaving after purchasing 3 pairs of shoes also Cara told us about the QR code you can scan for a chance to get a discount which I did and £5 better off for it. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We had a lovely experience in-store with Sara at the fosse park branch. She was so good with my little girl and helped her pick out a lovely pair of shoes. Sara was chatty and friendly, and made my daughter (who has previously refused to have her feet measured) feel really at ease. Thank you!

I visited the store at Gunwharf Quays to get some trainers for my special needs daughter. I got 4 pairs as my daughters is get fussy due to sensory needs and vision and balance issues. Michelle was very kind and helpful and advised me that about special fitting appointments I can book and accommodating my daughter by taking her to a quiet area for fitting when I told her she gets overwhelmed when shopping. I was impressed with the service and touched by her warmth, compassion and kindness. I wish there were more people in retail like her!
