"Product not as advertised"

Product Quality - I just received some Leather Ankle Boots. Placing my foot against the bottom, they were the correct size (my shoe size has been the same for years); but I could not get my feet through the ankle part of the boot to slip on ?!?! All I can presume is that they are not real leather - tho they were advertised as such - so that's why they weren't pliable enough to get on.
Customer Service - I called them about returning the boots just now. They said they'd been on a Final Sale price (I'd forgotten that part - my mistake), so could not be returned. However, the agent was generous and said he could override that so I could return them for a refund.

Although Customer Service was great, I doubt I'll order footwear from Clark's again - based on what I've explained above.

I visited today 7 April 2025 and Hannah was extremely helpful and very friendly. I ended up purchasing a pair of sandals. Hannah even pointed out to me they had an offer on a cleaning kit which was a bargain at £2.00. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

"Painful shoes"

Painful shoes, feet been measured in shop but shoes are too painful for my boy. Can't return it since been worn outside.
All advice I got from shop to wear it more to get used to it...erm I don't think so am not gonna get my boy blisters

I'VE CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO ASSIST ME SINCE I DIDN'T BUY IT ONLINE AND I HAVE NO RECEIPT FROM STORE IN MY TOWN (AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT OF £38 THAT I PAID FOR IT ON 23/2).
CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME!

NEVER AGAIN!
MY STORE BARELY HAVE SHOES IN MY CHILD SIZE ANYWAY AND RECENT SERVICE SHOP/PHONE BEEN SHOCKING!
