"Choosing New Shoes with Friendly Staff"

Went in to get new shoes for work in Castlepoint Clarks and Cerys helped me to both measure my feet (it’s been years since I’ve had my feet measured so I wanted to check!) and choose new shoes. I was a bit of a pain because I have wide feet but a smaller shoe size so we were struggling to find an appropriate shoe, but she helped me weigh up the options and got me multiple sizes to try on of the respective shoes.

Cerys ended up advising me to get from the kids section as the fit of their shoes would be better suited to me and we were able to choose a near perfect fitting shoe!

Very grateful for her time & patience with me… Cerys was very friendly and a credit to the store!

I needed help after ordering a pair of shoes for collection thinking it would arrive the same day only to be told it would arrive at least a week later. Maria Sunny, was able to help me find a suitable pair of shoes for that day and made sure the original pair I ordered was returned and processed as a refund without my needing to go back into the store. Really efficient, client-focused service and great shoes to top!

I took my elderly Mum to Fosse Park Clark's today to get some shoes. We were served by Rukayy R (Rukayy 9). She was extremely helpful and made a number of trips to ensure that Mum got the pair of shoes that fit correctly and looked great. She even came out with an alternative colour choice that my Mum hadn't been aware of. These were the ones Mum chose in the end. Such a pleasant young lady with a great attitude and a smile to match.

After visiting several known shoe shops, where we felt we were a hindrance rather than being offered assistance, we visited the Clarks store.
We were appointed Ashton and he immediately offered us help with our search, at all times with a smile and pleasant conversation.
After several options were offered, we eventually made our choice and Ashton efficiently completed the transaction.
He is a credit to the store and the younger generation.

Went to buy our 5 year old some new school shoes as she’d worn out the old pair. Sam measured her feet and helped her pick out some shoes to try. We bought a pair and she’s really happy with them. Sam did a great job of engaging our daughter on her level and being fun with her, whilst continuing to communicate professionally with us about the fitment etc - he’s very well suited to the kid’s shoes section and is a great ambassador for Clarks overall!
