"Nice Pillow but no relief. Date of experience is misleading. I tried the pillow for five nights at different lofts."

The company is fine. The pillow does not provide any relief from my neck pain. I've tried every possible adjustment since the pillow is easily adjusted, but still no relief. Unfortunately, I woke up several times to excruciating headachs and neck pain. The product simply did not work for me-

Worst pillow ever- DON’T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE. I couldn’t give these pillows away- NO ONE WANTED THEM. $100 for 2 garbage pillows that are hard and bulky. Don’t waste your money. And they don’t make it easy to return the product - promises of we will give you 20% back if you don’t return them and try to find a home for the pillows- they already know their product is garbage. Buy at your own risk.
RESPONDING to the companies response below Yes I did purchase from you on 02/11/25 ORDER # NZ- 34586 and the shipping costs and boxing procedures were not worth the hassle versus the amount of additional money I would have had to pay out and then trusting that you would refund any money back based on your shipping conditions and how you received the product.

After a bit of confusion with my delivery. Everything worked out in the end. I communicated with them and they responded and took care of the situation in a very timely manner. The support team was great to work with.

I was very pleased with my new pillows. I see a chiropractor regularly and after the second night with my nuzzle pillow I woke in the morning with no neck problems. And still am very happy with my purchase.
Now I only see my chiropractor when I need no, no more standing appointments.

"Finally arrived"

After waiting several weeks, my pillow arrived yesterday. It’s very comfortable and firm enough that my head doesn’t move around too much while sleeping. After just one night, I feel better today than I have in 6 months. The pain is by no means gone but I have gotten some relief and hope it will continue.

Ordered my pillow 4 days ago. Tracking shows the only thing done so far is having created a shipping label. Just sitting there in Las Vegas. Called customer service 3 times; placed on hold for 10 minutes each time, then was instructed to leave my information for a callback that never came. So, you can order a pillow, you can wait for a long time to get it, and there is no customer service. You are stuck waiting on them - for who knows how long. Buyer beware.

"I wake up feeling good "

I ordered these pillows because I wanted to get rid of my feather pillows, and I was waking up with neck pain. I’ve been using this pillow for about 2 weeks. So far my neck feels better, and my wife is relieved that I wake up feeling good and not such a grump.

I tried the thicker insert, but the thin one was right for me.

Great service and product. My daughter and I both have chronic pain in our necks. This pillow has changed our nights forever for the good. Thank you for such an excellent product. (One problem…I ordered two pillows but received three, and was charged for three. Where can I return this one?)

I am being completely honest when I say I love this pillow! It is amazing. normally, I don't write reviews, but I felt I must let people know about how awesome this pillow is! when I first opened it, I was a bit sceptical because it felt like one of those pillows you get from a hotel. I know a lot of people are crazy about hotel pillows, but I'm not. While they feel luxurious, they are not at all supportive. I find myself needing 2 to 3 pillows just to sleep. But not nuzzle. with nuzzle, not only does it feel luxurious and soft, but it is absolutely supportive and gives me restful sleep. As a mom to 8 children, sleep comes far and few between. But nuzzle has made sleep possible. I would say the only downside to it, is that I cannot find a nuzzle travel pillo.
