U purchased 2 king pillows and I have had neck surgery, have bad lower back and other physical issues and these pillows seemed to address most of them. I love my pillow with both pillows inserted, but my wife likes only the thicker pillow inserted. So far, so good, and it seems my neck hasn't been bothering me much lately after going through a bad bought of neck pain just prior to getting the pillow. Thanks!
