"No thank you I pass"

Thank you for all the other very depressing reviews I have just saved alot of money by not purchasing this cash trap. You would think watching a video from a supposed to be chiropractor giving them a five-star on this being the best pillow he's ever slept on would be a sure cure for everyone to buy it but I think he's a scam too hired by said company. No thank you, I pass!!!

"Ordered the Pillow"

The nuzzle pillow was recommended by my chiropractor as he too has neck issues. I ordered 2 for us. After just 5 days I have less movement during the night and my neck pain is 1 out of 5 - 1 being very little pain. Now after a month, I wake up with absolutely no neck pain and my sleep is more restful. Thank you for developing the Nuzzle pillow. My wife is sleeping much better too! That said, the packaging leaves something to be desired

"Hmmmm…I am not sure if I am an oddity…"

I am not sure if I am an oddity or not but, I love the nuzzle pillow. First and foremost the quality of the cover(which is washable) is unlike any others I have had in 49yrs of marriage.
It is beautiful and washes up so nicely. I came by this site to buy more, and read the reviews thinking all would be glowing, and they are not I was horrified.
I didn’t experience any issues described, but i bought mine in July of 2023. Maybe things have changed.

"Scam, DO NOT patronize this company."

Please, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 3 pillows weeks ago that never arrived. I've contacted customer service numerous times. They are trained to put you off.... "we are working diligently to resolve your issue. We will keep you updated." They have not. I believe this company to be a scam. If you have similar experience, please write a review so others are not scammed as well. I have been told I can not have my money refunded until I have received the product and returned it. Imagine that! Amazon shipping, used by Nuzzle, will not help resolve the issues.

"Untrustworthy"

I bought this pillow a couple years ago and it's been good. The best part has been the washable cover. The actual pillow inside has become a bit clumpy over time but a run through the steam cycle in my dryer makes it a bit better.

A few weeks ago the zipper on the pillow cover started to come apart and now the cover doesn't close. I tried to contact Nuzzle as they promote a lifetime warranty on the cover and after multiple attempts they never responded. Think I'll be trying a Coop next.

In reply to Nuzzle: If you don't offer a lifetime warranty, then you shouldn't advertise it on your site. I submitted this in August and clearly have already upgraded my pillow and gotten rid of this.

"Scam company??"

My order from Nuzzle seemed to be moving smoothly thru FedEx, until...it got hung up for 2 wks. Big big run around. Contacted Nuzzle who sent a form letter, we are so sorry, not so sure. Pounding them, they decided to expedite a new shipment(right) again no info. When I told them to cancel my order and refund. Magically, they can't do that because they shipped the pillows. The tracking "should be available withing a few days" 🧐 why should it take that long if you have a shipping number(assuming thats fake). Each time I reach out "Geraldine" replies with yet another form letter(we understand your frustration, yup I think not) I am so disappointed and now pretty sure I've lost 80$ Buyer beware!!

"Mine came right away."

All these reviews had me in a panic! My pillow and pillow cases arrived without an issue. The pillow is a bit fluffy for my taste and I don’t see much value in the pillow cases, but nothing was defective and everything arrived in a timely manner.

This is a scam.

DO NOT BUY from them. I spent over $150 and to this day they have not delivered the items.

They provide only scripted replies. Claim to look into your concerns only to ignore you.

Again, DO NOT buy from this company or any other associated with their holding company TopDogDirect.


Update: 12/29/24: you are affiliated with TopDogDirect. The emails show this as well as their website. Please has some morals at least and stop lying to consumers defrauding them of their money.

I ordered my Pillow through their Indiegogo campaign 3 years ago. It never arrived, I could never get in contact with their Support either for a refund. Never, ever, ever give them any amount of money

SCAM ALERT, All the reviews here are the same and for a reason - we were ALL ROBBED OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Crooks take the cash before you review your order - tbh that was my first red flag!

You never receive any tracking and like all the reviews here - you message "support" and get the automated response...when I asked for either tracking as proof of order or a refund - guess what ... You get ghosted. If anyone here can guide me to the class action suit I'd like to add my name.
