Overall, I am quite happy with the Nuzzle pillow. I still have neck stiffness due to an old car accident, but this pillow is better than my contour one I had been using.

I will never buy from Nuzzle again! Horrible customer service. The lady, “Diana” hung up on me twice. I never received my pillows and Nuzzle does not want to refund any money or send new pillows. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I bought this and is highly over advertised and hyped. It’s just two pillows put together in one pillowcase. Nothing special at all trying to get a refund and return was pure hell. They finally refunded minus the shipping charge and I had to pay shipping to send it back. DO NOT BUY A NUZZLE pillow…waste of money and time

By far the worst experience I ever got.
I backed this project on Indiegogo in 2020... I got the 2 pillows I ordered 1 and 1/2 year LATER... Now, I see that the company still sells the pillows... For 30/40$ each when I paid over 80$ per pillow. You know what... Let's say I did contribute and I'd be okay with that if I didn't get scammed furthermore.
With the 2 pillows, I *ordered* 2 silk pillow cases (for almost 100$)... That I still haven't received to this day (Jan. 2025)... And I insist : I ORDERED. Not BACKED on Indiegogo... This was a *purchase* from the Nuzzle Website...
I've sent more than a dozen mails, tried every single method I could find... None of my mails were answered, nothing worked...
You can buy, no problem. Once you've paid... Don't ask *ANY* question. You've paid, that's all that matters to them.

I ordered 2 pillows on 12/26 & payment posted on 12/27 with a guaranteed shipping date on 12/30. Today is 1/11 & to date I have NOT received a shipping notification or pillows. Unable to get customer support as every time I call they are closed. New update — as of 1/27 still no pillows & customer service reply promised within 2 hours has now been 4 days with no response
