Yes, the shipping had slight delays, the pillowcases I ordered shipped separately but that was fine considering how absolutely wonderful the pillows are to sleep on. Don't worry about delays, the wait is well worth it. Best pillows EVER!!!!

The price was too good to be true. The smaller one is flat, the larger one is too big. Customer service has not replied to the 3 emails I've sent. Ordered extra pillow covers,did not receive. But hey I didn't spend 200 hundred dollars for them!

"DO NOT BUY!!"
DO NOT BUY!!! I placed an order for a Nuzzle Pillow on Dec. 2, 2024 after the zipper on the pillow case of my current Nuzzle Pillow broke. I received an email confirming the order, along with a FedEx tracking number. On Dec. 9, I emailed support to get a status since the FedEx tracking was showing "label created" and "We'll add a delivery date as soon a we get your package." No reply from Nuzzle. I emailed again on Dec. 10 with no reply. On Dec.11, I called them and spoke to Diana who said she'd check with FedEx. She said they opened a ticket and I should receive an update or response in 24 hours or they will send a replacement. I received an Evaro from a Charlene with Nuzzle support stating the order left their facility and is waiting to be scanned by FedEx. The holidays could cause delays, but it should be moving soon. Then she gave me the tracking link, which didn't work. So I checked the FedEx tracking again on Dec. 13 and it still showed the same, label created and awaiting package. Two weeks after placing my order, I called again and spoke to Diana. She put me on hold while checking with FedEx. After being on hold for 35 minutes, I hung up. I did request to cancel the order and get a full refund, but she was insistent to check with FedEx. Nuzzle website states "Your product should ship within 2 business days. Shipping speed will depend on if you chose Standard (2-7 business days) or Priority(2 business days)." My first order from Nuzzle about 2 years ago was quick and good, but this is totally unacceptable. I wish I would've read the reviews prior to ordering again. I had a friend fix the broken zipper for me, so I no longer need the pillow I ordered. This is a scam and they WILL take your money without helping, despite what they say. If I could give a negative zero star I would, because this has been the worst customer service ever and a joke!!

This product gets a 0 star never received my product like many others not sure how they have so many fake reviews and lies. They printed a label through FedX for confirmation code and nothing more a package has never been sent 4 days later after promoting fast same day or next day delivery. Nothing more then fraud and shouldn't be up as site with fake credentials.

I have not even received this product and already i totally regret ordering these pillows. They have out right lied to me. I ordered on 11/28/24 and called them on 12/06/24 to see why i have not recieved them. They told me they shipped out on 12/02 but Fed Ex is telling me that they still have not received the order for shipment. The company prints out a tracking number than does not fill the order.

"Shipping delays and poor tracking"
Shipping delays and poor tracking. Contrary to what the website says my order shipped through Amazon not USPS. Maybe they changed in the last month because of these issues. My order arrived 20 days from the order date. not the 2 to 7 promised. Tracking was awful. Said it was going to arrive Dec 2 but arrived Dec 5 Order was placed Nov 17.Tracking gave no information until Nov 29. Started a dispute in PayPal and communication was unsatisfactory at best. I have not slept on the pillows yet, but while they do seem fluffy they are just two polyester fiber pillows in a quilted case. One of the pillows is soft and one medium. Don't know what nanofiber coils are but the filling is listed as 100% polyester. They did ship me two pillows so not a total scam as other reviewers suggest. I will be back here if they don't work as described.

It was the worst decision I could have made. I tried every combination of applications of this pillow and had NO relief. Don't waste your money...
Unfortunately, I haven't fount a good sleep pillow yet.
