Beware that if you want to return an item you do so at your own expense. I bought 2 king size , with pillowcases came to $150. Realized I only needed one. It was $50 to send one back. And you will be cost prohibited from sending it back if you dare to open it up to its big size.

It took 31/2 weeks to receive the product. I emailed customer service they always said it would be delivered that day. It wasn’t. Only when I asked for my money back did I receive the product 2 days later.

"Not a good product, or experience"
Worst company ever to deal with, and super shady business practices… when I first purchased a pillow from them, I unchecked a box for optional insurance, that would have cost me an additional four dollars. When I went to check out, I noticed they had added the insurance back in. I tried two more times to remove it manually, and both times it repopulated. I finally had to contact the company and demand that they refund the difference back to my account… It has nailed been 10 days, my shipment has not been delivered, and the UPS update does not give me any idea of location, but every day it says the item will be here by 7 PM. I have emailed them twice now, and there is no response, so it looks like I will have to go through my credit card company to get this resolved.
UPDATE- finally received my pillow, which not only has zero cooling properties, but actually sleeps extremely hot. It is also tiny! They advertise a measurement of 20 x 30 on their website, but the one that they shipped me measures 16 x 23, and is way too small. Pursuant to their advertised 60-day return policy I have now sent them two emails requesting a return of this item. To their ultimate credit, they did agree to refund me for the purchase, and said that I did not need to ship the product back. However, the product and the entire process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
