"Onboarding Meeting"

Onboarding meeting with Tomas Ahao Do Amaral (Ash) today. He was fantastic. Took the time to understand what had gone wrong with initial set up, how the business worked, encouraged me to share my screen- he shared his to try to make everything as clear as possible.
I still think that onboarding meetings should be in person if possible or at least have a longer call allocated but this is obviously not the choice of the team member I dealt with today who was excellent.

Do not recommend, there are better providers out there. The initial service was terrible.

I would not recommend this company at all. You actually do not get anything for what you pay for, read the contract you sign....they sign you for 4 to 5 years, provide shoddy service and when you stop they chase you for the remaining times money have their litigation team write you emails and you will receive 5 to 6 calls from a call centre chasing you for money. This is not an HR software company but a cash machine to sponge off small businesses. If you go on Glassdoor, you can even see the reviews from their own staff to say its more of a sales company, pressuring them daily...awful in this day and age and the way companies are more ethical and caring about customers a company like this which is HR related can't even treat their customers and staff properly.

"The worst company you can come across"

The worst company you can come across, stay away! there are reputable companies who actually care for their customers. This company is fraud, read before you sign up they will make you pay a termination fee, which changes. I signed up for brightHR after speaking with the sales person who convinced me that the software had note writing capabilities. As soon as I start using it I noticed that it didn’t poses the functions Iam looking for. I contacted to cancel. They wouldn’t cancel my subscription, I was told the only person who can cancel your subscription is the sales person who signed you on. Days passed and I finally got to him, I am forced to pay an early termination fee, when I specifically declared what I was looking for and the software doesn’t possess. They will lure you in, because you will pay termination fee even when you leave. They are making profit either way.
