Just tried to call again and giving up after 20 minute wait. Customer service has pre set replies online and not one person can deal with issue.
Bed frame was in stock , but then told 3 months delay. I was pregnant so was advised to downsize and it would arrive sooner. It didn’t. When it did arrive it had marks as shown by date mark in photo which still hasn’t been resolved and as I was heavily pregnant and my partner away so I couldn’t test the mattress as it wasn’t made up.
I am left with a mattress that is too firm that I can’t exchange apparantly ( not that anyone replies) and am sleeping in spare room. The creak was repaired today by a lovely man but he wasn’t told about the wood repair nor is that his remit. I was meant to have the repair company come sooner but I gave birth so had to delay visit to today.
Had the bed arrived one week later a year ago as it should have instead of the major delay I would have a different brand mattress I love and a bigger bed.
After about 10 emails in 11 months and multiple calls at the start I’m shocked I can’t get a reasonable resolution. Please swap the mattress and repair wood so I can take a nice photo and leave a nice review!

After my last review of getting the product after lots of delays. John and Damian delivered the item today (direct from loaf) and they were friendly, lovely and even though they arrived early, didn’t make me feel bad for only arriving at the beginning of the arrival slot. The item looks great, such a shame I had to wait for a long time and had all of the stress getting the item.

Ordered a blanket - it was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks. 16 weeks later I get an email saying that it's no longer in stock and it won't be arriving. No phone call, no apology - just refunded me. Completely lost trust in loaf and their ability to fulfil orders. This is after I've bought a bed and a sofa from them - and had aftercare working on them as I've had issues with both.
Won't order from Loaf again - nice brand but poor customer service and product quality.

Huge shout out to Lee and Sam for their fabulous service today. From start to finish they were excellent. They called ahead of time to let us know when they’d be arriving, arrived on time and delivered our new sofa with ease. They were exceptionally helpful with an issue we had with another of our sofas and after a quick phone call to the office were able to resolve it! Can’t thank you enough! Would highly recommend Loaf as a company. High quality product, excellent customer service all round.

"Long wait for damaged furniture"
I ordered two matching side tables and waited months for them to be delivered. Then once delivered, one was faulty and had to be returned. Now it is a two month wait to get a replacement table. I like Loaf for textiles, but as sad to say that I won't be ordering furniture from them again.
