As always a dream to shop with them! Their shop assistants are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They are never pushy and do genuinely want you to find exactly what you want. Their stores are also dog friendly so that, as far as I am concerned, makes them perfection!! The quality of their furniture is second to none. I will not look at other companies anymore. They have never let me down.

"Delivery - substandard "

In store experience was great. Helpful and professional and the whole process was very easy.
However, the delivery left much to be desired. Had a 2 hour slot 14.45-16.45. Text tracker never updated or gave info. No text. No email. Nothing. Delivered next morning at 7.10. No warning - no communication.

"Prompt delivery"

Prompt delivery, & very professional. Just one disappointment when we ordered a sofa from the outlet the lady said it came as the picture with all the scatter cushions which looked really nice, but it turned up without them & they said the lady had made a mistake in telling us that.so it was quite misleading.
But I love the bed we ordered & the sofa just wish we had the scatter cushions.

"Non Delivery if sofa"

We ordered our sofa on 1st January this year. The lead time was 6-8 weeks. We were then informed the sofa was not available until the end of March and were offered a small compensation for waiting. A couple of weeks ago we got an email to say our sofa was ready for delivery. As we were going on holiday i booked delivery for the end of this month. I have today received an email that unfortunately there was a supply issue and my sofa will no longer be delivered and will not be available until the beginning of May. What a joke. How can it go from being ready to deliver to not available. And they sent a noreply email to tell me. These people are not being honest. My advice would be to stay well away unless you are happy to wait half a year.

"Initial assembly problems but a lovely comfortable sofa"

We are now happy and ready to enjoy our lovely new sofa after a visit from a Loaf team to complete the assembly. After a poor initial experience we contacted a number of people at Loaf and action began to be taken right away. The initial problem started when the delivery men who brought and assembled our Brioche sofa were unable to assemble it properly, due to lack of space for them to stand where they needed to stand to put it together. The sofa fitted in OK, but the back remains unfixed to one of the arms. We contacted Loaf, were passed to a sub-contractor and waited two weeks for a 'technical inspection' appointment.
We took care to tell the firm Loaf uses for this service that the sofa is used for our work so we (and it) could not be available before 12pm on the given day.
They called at 11am, when we were unable to let them in. This was all rather frustrating and disappointing but once we found the right person to talk to back at Loaf, the assembly problem was sorted by a Loaf team able to come in a half-day time window when knew we could let them in. The sofa is now fully assembled and very lovely.

Went into the shop feeling super stressed as we were moving house & I urgently needed a new bed as our old one wouldn’t fit in our new home. Within half an hour, thanks to a wonderfully helpful member of staff, I’d chosen a bed & mattress within my budget which were ready & available for delivery & would be assembled for me. I left feeling totally relieved & with a major box ticked! Can’t wait for the new bed to arrive now & know that if there’s any issues they will be resolved thanks to excellent customer service.
