We just had our couch delivered from the Loaf Brigade and we couldn't be happier. The two gentlemen worked hard to remove our loan sofa and replace it with our new one. They were extremely courteous, kind and chatty ☺️ It was a tricky sofa to get into the space but they kept thinking of ways to manoeuvre it in at angles that allowed it to fit perfectly. I strongly believe that no other delivery team would have bothered or been successful in getting the sofa into the space so a huge thank you to Loaf Brigade, we are extremely happy with their service.

Well laid out showroom, lovely staff with great knowledge of their products - answered all our queries and were so helpful in making our choice of furniture to buy. The sofa and chairs felt very sturdy and comfortable. We would certainly visit again when considering more purchases in the future.

"Fobbed off with second hand goods"
Great pre sales service at showroom. Comfy sofas.
But we were sent one piece that was clearly ex display or second hand: large stain on the cover that had soaked through to the cushion, and scuff marks/splinters on the wood that suggest either years of poor handling or a factory that couldn't bother to finish sanding.
On trying to resolve:
- Sent a message through their website, got blocked by Cloudflare
- Tried to contact through live chat, agent connected then hung up
- Received a reply 3 days later asking for photos
- Once sent, received a form reply another two days later, where they hadn't edited the template so it had things like INSERT_PARTIAL_REFUND_AMOUNT_HERE
I replied to point out this was a pretty poor effort, and still haven't heard back, over 48 hours later. So in total a week on from our delivery we're stuck with someone else's rejects having paid full price.

We were very disappointed that the table came with the faults it did. Then further disappointed that despite an initial email from Loaf I had to follow up with a phone call - where I was in a queue for quite some time - to be told that I would have an exchange but have to wait further to be contacted with a date on which exchange would take place. Not happy
