"Great products, great stores… let down by poor currier experience. "

Quality of products is great. Love the store experience, but would be nice if they carried greater rug and runner stock. I had to order online as the products were not available in store. I arranged a specific day for delivery (Monday 31st March), but delivery came on Friday 28th when I was away. The rugs were just left outside the house and had to be taken in by a neighbour. I love Loaf but please change your currier, you don’t want your brand damaged by Parcelforce.

"Think twice before ordering "

Two Quilts were presents for my twin daughter’s 18th in march before starting uni.
I received an email saying the order had been processed ok and due dispatch date was 14/3.
When I phoned 18/3 to check where they were I was told they would only arrive in June! but when I escalated was told they would see if they could get some dispatched sooner and they would phone me back. No one phoned back or contacted me, my daughter’s birthday came and went with no present, so I phoned to complain and asked for a refund and some sort of gesture of good will. I was given a refund and told no good will offer of any description could be given. I will likely not be ordering from here again.
Left very disillusioned and with two very disappointed daughters.

Lee & Ben couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. They delivered and put our new sofa in place with no complaints and even took away all the packaging it came in! A breath of fresh air compared to some other delivery company experiences where the bare minimum is offered. Would highly recommend.

"Amazing store, staff and online experience "

We recently visited the cribbs store to test out the sofas we’d looked at online. The store was perfect, there was lots of space around each sofa and stands which contained all of the information needed by each. The staff were great, they were welcoming and offered help throughout our visit but left us to browse at our own pace without the pressure to buy anything. We were especially impressed by the fabric sample section, we’d decided on the sofa model we wanted in store but took some samples home to decide on the colour. We then purchased our sofa online and the website was really easy to use. Can’t wait for our sofa to arrive now!

"So disappointed"

So disappointed. Wrong item delivered, stained mattress and damaged my newly refurbished floor. Have been trying to arrange for items to be returned and process is dragging out meaning I can’t get new furniture in or use the rooms. Delivery men were incredibly disrespectful to my property, shouting in the communal hall, shoving furniture agree the floor and huge scratch on my floor and wall. Will never buy from here again

"I have had my eye on a Loaf sofa for 4…"

I have had my eye on a Loaf sofa for 4 years and finally got round to buying it in the January sale. It looks amazing and is a gorgeous colour (Fairground Fudge). It is an unusual style and I have not seen that particular style anywhere else. So many sofas just look the same which is why I loved the different style on this one. I do feel they are expensive but I would rather pay a bit more for something unusual.
Customer services were very good and helpful. I asked them many questions before buying and they were really good. Didn't really get any help in store until we actually approached them to ask a question.
They took away our old sofa (for a charge) which was really helpful. So glad I took the plunge.

"Utterly awful"

Absolutely abysmal experience with Loaf. Ordered a sofa on the 3rd of January and was told 6-8 weeks lead time. My order has now been repeatedly delayed and is not due to be delivered until at least the start of May. Customer service team have been nice but utterly useless at getting anything done and I've repeatedly been told different things or simply "its out of our control." I'm utterly drained by the whole experience and simply don't understand how a company can be so inept.
