We had a great time at Loaf in Guildford. All the staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to check out the products, without any pressure selling whatsoever!
Special thanks to Tabatha, and Steve the manager. Thanks for a great job, we're looking forward to receiving our fabulous new Big Easy sofas!

We ordered 3 items from Loaf in December 2024. We were quoted a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. After numerous delays, 2/3 items were delivered 12 weeks later.

The final item was due to be delivered the following week. With less than 24 hours before our delivery slot, we received an email informing us that our love seat had been ‘lost’ and we would be needing to place a new order with an estimated delivery of another 10 weeks if we still wanted it. Loaf offered us no compensation at this time. We replied to their email and have yet to receive any response.

For a company that is supposedly a premium brand, I have been utterly appalled by the service they have provided. We have 2 out of 3 items of matching furniture which leads us with limited options but to proceed with a new order.

If you are yet to order from Loaf, I would strongly recommend you save your money and look for a different supplier.

The items are lovely but just too large. The customer service is poor since they use the excuse of January sales overload as to why they can’t tell you how to return an item. A simple explanation is all that is needed. Not impressed.
