they were not disrespectful but they right out refused to acknowledge the short comings of ther services and when confornted they they make every excuse in the book then i asked them to delete my account and remove my service oh and they did just didnt issues me a re fund and re fused to acknowledge half the issues i tryed pointing out then deleted all my invoices for billing and support tickets so i could not dispute the charges so 0/10 would not recommended ...............
.funny how I sent multiple msg but you chose to focus on the one that would end the conversation/avoid accountability for the poor service that was being provided simply put crappy service and personal sucks to sucks right

Your customer service is top-notch, I talked to a live person that resolved the problem with my dedicated Valheim server within 15 minutes. Been using GTXgaming for the past 4 years and have never been more satisfied with another gaming service other than Steam themselves. Great company!

Started off really well, but very soon started having massive performance drops in game (Arma Reforger).
They moved my server twice , still didn't fix the problem.
Emailed the CEO hoping they could maybe intervene, no response. Clearly not interested in customers.
Moved to another server provider.
Wouldn't recommend if your serious about running your own server & community.
