"Beware of rolling subscriptions"

I signed up to Every Mother after having my baby, it was a years subscription, however after my subscription ended I noticed they had took another payment with no warning.
I have contracted Every Mother and they have now offered me a full refund and I hope they will now take my advice to give members warning before renewing the subscription, or even send them a receipt so they know that the money has been taken as I’m sure there are many they haven’t noticed money being taken from their accounts.

Love that there is pre planned pathway. Every day can just do the work out. Noticed significant improvement in pelvic floor issues.

This is my third time trying Every Mother’s program. I spent four months seeing a Physical Therapist who specializes in pelvic and core health prior to this third try which has helped me understand how to do the core compressions in EM’s program correctly. I am just doing the core compressions and not all of the exercise videos. The exercise videos are boring without fun music or personality. I have been doing my own exercise routine instead.

I love using this app, but I am only able to use it on my phone. It never loads on the computer, which is not ideal for following the exercises. They tried to help but their advice hasn't resolved the issue.

This didn’t help me close my DR and I fact it got worse. Helped last time when I had a vaginal birth but I think the education and help w a
C section (I had one this time) is lacking greatly.

"Very Good Overall"

I love everything about the EM app. The set up with individualized workout paths feels like I have a personal trainer (almost). The only thing I would change is the yoga workouts. I would love for them to be more varied (in the positions) and have a meditative/spiritual feel.

They charged me a renewal fee with no warning first (they have my email and phone number and didn’t use either). What subscription service does that? Especially with a no refund policy! This subscription is not worth the risk, be warned! It looks like many others have had the same problem.

EM, what you’re doing is unfair and shouldn’t be allowed! No super nice reply to this review will help anything when I’ve lost money. My impression of your company went from good to terrible. Your customer service is NOT exceptional and your policies are NOT clear enough. It would be in your best interest to fix these issues.

"Helpful but way too pricey"

Great workouts and the exercises and stretches help my back, but sooooo expensive. Especially for how short the workouts are and how sporadicly I can do them as a new mom of twins

I have been enjoying the exercises and education provided! It has eased my mind around safe exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. It would be great if new workouts were added more regularly.
