"Best workout programs for Moms!"
I use it everyday for my regular workouts. It’s the only online program that’s actually worked for me. I love it!

"Excellent workouts"
Excellent workouts, fun, quick, safe, effective. This is my third pregnancy and I wish had found Every Mother for the other two.

"Quick workouts for busy moms!"
Love the quick workouts! As a busy mom there isn't much time to yourself, so these workouts are great to fit in during a nap. Although they are quick, they are well designed and challenging enough that you feel like you did something good for your body! I am very happy and will continue to use the different programs as I build more strength postpartum.

"SUPER Frustrating Workouts"
As of posting this review, I'm 36-weeks pregnant (and my baby is measuring big!). I began using Every Mother a few weeks ago in hopes it'd help me prevent/heal any pelvic floor issues I might encounter, as well as ab separation.
I have enjoyed the breathing exercises and think they are helping me prepare for labor and post partum. But I won't know for sure until I get to that point.
My biggest complaint is the workouts. I've been exercising my entire pregnancy (spin, aerobics, and weight lifting), so I'm in decent shape overall. But, wow. EM's workouts have been almost laughable. The instructors don't consider that many of us are lugging around a big belly. They act like we're either still in our first trimester or not pregnant at all. The pace is ridiculously fast, there's only a second or two for transitions between moves, and there aren't any modifications offered for harder moves/positions (especially when you're dealing with a big belly and literally can't move certain ways anymore). The instructors also don't talk about safety regarding exertion or cardiac output. At the pace they move, I'd easily ramp up my heart rate to 150+ and probably faint. Plus, I'm not confident every move is safe for pregnancy. There are some that require twisting and that's a big no-no according to doctors and other fitness instructors I've talked to.
The pacing with the breathing exercises can also frustrate me. For example, when we're in the fetal position and have to switch swides, we get about 3-5 seconds to SAFELY reposition ourselves. Ha! I miss the first round or two on the opposite side because I can't move that fast. It's physically impossible.
All in all, I wish EM would think about their pacing more. Most of us aren't able to move like we did before pregnancy (or in our first trimester). And I wish they'd be more encouraging and remind us it's ok to go slower/adjust if we can't do certain moves anymore. Listening to our bodies and doing what's safe is more important than scorching calories.
I'll keep doing the breathing exercises, but I've given up on the workouts. There are prenatal ones on YouTube that work a thousand times better (and don't make me feel like an absolute failure every time). (Thank you Bodyfit by Amy for being a perfect instructor for any woman at any phase in life!)

"Healing in DR symptoms and lower back…"
Healing in DR symptoms and lower back pain that caused me a lot of pain for many years.
not too happy mother
"mixed feelings"
Pros:
Workouts vary, good quality and clearly thought through.
There are lots of useful videos about how things work with pelvic floor. core and so on.
If you workout consistently you are likely to get more toned muscles and might lose an inch ot two in midsection over initial 84 days.
Pelvic floor related symptoms are likely to improve rather noticeably.
Cons:
Village (basically internal forum) is sluggish and there were technical issues.
Admin clearly uses scripts and not always answers the question asked.
If you really dig into clinical trial data about efficiency of the program you realize that data quality is not great and 12-week will help, but will not resolve DR unless it's very minimal and you are very lucky. 24 weeks is a maybe. So take "it's never late to close your DR" promise with a large grain of salt.
Funny
Yoga instructor got me at "blossoming through your anus". I believe you need to practice yoga for a really long time to say something like this with a straight face.

"I love the setup of the app and how…"
I love the setup of the app and how simple it is to follow the path of workouts each day. I would love some other kind of motivation to do them each day. They have been really helpful when I make the time to do them!

"Love the many detailed workout videos"
Love the many detailed workout videos, the guided paths. I do wish there were shorter guided paths as 70+ days seems like a long time. Would like to see more HIIT and weightlifting

"I love this program"
I love this program. My diastasis is healing and I'm feeling stronger and more stable every day. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old (though most of the time was doing Every Mother they were a baby and 2) and I still have time for the workouts. The workouts are realistic and gentle. I started with Reclaim Light, but after awhile of doing the workouts, I have gotten stronger and switched to Reclaim Classic. I always had a feeling I really would like yoga, but never had access to a yoga studio. I love that I got to try it in a safe way for diastasis recti through Every Mother. I do yoga all the time now! Just for fun or when I need 5 minutes to regulate my nervous system from being a stay at home mom with little kids. Love it, thank you! Initially I lost 4 inches off my waist in the first month.

"Very knowledgeable coaches"
The programme is low threshold but the workouts are challenging. It is always a pleasure to start the day’s training and afterwards I feel very good.
