In the last months, I have experienced several serious accounting mistakes, threatening calls outside of working hours to help them solve their mistakes, lack of response and accountability, changing conditions in their service contracts, and others
The quality of their services has dropped so much that it is no longer worth making business with them.

"Good company to rent your house with"

The whole process from when you ask them to get a valuation of your home until they come and take pictures and post it in their website is super quick!

We then had the pleasure to work mainly with Tine for the showings and she was just fantastic! Really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the tenants and the process (Thanks Tine!)

Two things to note and that is why we gave Housing Denmark 4 starts:
- Their service department seems to be a bit understaffed. Meaning that when something happens, there could be some days of delay in their responses.
- We took the Total package and as part of that, we get a meeting with a tax advisor. Organizing that meeting was rather challenging and, once you manage, the tax advisor gives you high level information but if you want them to go into details and make sure that you are filling up all the correct info in Skat, you have to ask for another session (and pay it separately).
