We recently endured a very close proximity 'lightning strike' which caused considerable communication - telephonic and broadband - issues.

Start Communications have been our 'provider' for some time, and their response to our need for assistance and support was exemplary. Having discussed our problem(s) with the HelpDesk, an engineer (Shane) was dispatched to assess, support, repair and re-align our facilities. Work was carried out in a calm, professional manner providing a high level of reassurance. By the end of a long day, all was back working as it should. The effort, support, knowledge and expertise provided by Start Communications (engineer Shane) was faultless, we could not have asked for better - thank you.

WOW WOW WOW START COMMUNICATIONS ARE AMAZING! I was with another local provider for 12 years, they handled all my business communications - Unfortunately they let me and my business down many times over the years, they overcharged me, they left me without email and phone lines for 6 days, this was extremely damaging for us, and it just kept happening! I was never able to speak to a person, always given a ticket number that no one ever actioned!! It was a constant worry and extremely stressful to be without email or phone calls, I was desperate to leave them and find a new provider, but they kept threatening me with HUGE termination fees!

Then I met Kerry at Start Communications, he was brilliant and literally sorted everything, all I had to do was sign up and let the engineer in to install the new system, it was that simple, he advised me on everything and really listened to my business requirements! The engineer that installed the new system spent a lot of time with me and my staff to make sure we knew how to work the new system etc. and most of all THEY SAVED ME MONEY!!! I have an amazing phone system (THAT WORKS)!

I had a few questions after install and called Start Communications, call was answered promptly and query was resolved on the same call both times!

This is what Makes Start Communications the best company to work with, they are local and they are actual people at the end of the phone line that will go out of their way to help you, they actually want to help you! The lovely Beverley at Start even recorded my out of hours voice message, they go above and beyond and seriously are an absolute pleasure to work with, I am looking forward to many years in business with them!

We were introduced to Start Communications by Auditel. Start have been excellent throughout. They have been responsive, thorough, and transparent. Their customer service in preparation for the migration to a new system, the installation, delivery and follow up surpassed our expectations. We are a small organisation with a small staff team and Start were great at ensuring we knew what stage we were at and what we would need to do next. This helped with a smooth transition and reduced the stress on all involved. And finally whilst not the cheapest provider, we are pleased with the choice we have made as we have still benefitted from a significant reduction to our previous costs, which will have a big impact.
