When our communications provider were acquired we were not happy with the new owners and looked to move our landlines and data connections. Start Communications not only provided the best pricing but also provided us with outstanding support during the migration. When our previous provider did everything they could to make it as hard as possible to leave, Start Communications gave us advise and support along the way which really helped. They went above and beyond their contractual obligations to ensure that we didn't suffer any downtime on our phone system, didn't lose any data from our Horizon system and could reuse our existing phone hardware. All of the members of their team that I've spoken to have been professional, really helpful and have responded quickly to resolve any potential issues with the transfer. Excellent level of customer communication and proactive in solving initial teething problems. Prior to installation at the point of agreeing the contract and indeed prior to it, very positive and helpful in advising how to successfully terminate arrangements with previous provider and how it would be possible to bring all telephony and similar agreements into a single package, even though they had disparate start dates and contract lengths.
