We've dealt with Start Communications for 3 years now and couldn't recommend them highly enough. We had 5 phone systems when we first started and we are now up to 7. We've also now go the ability to take our office phones mobile with us as well as a professional and simple Interactive voice response to direct customers to the correct person in the office. Beverley and the support staff are attentive and take care of any issues promptly and efficiently. Kerry, who looks after our account checks in with us on a regular basis and always provides a personable and easy to communicate service. Keep up the good work.

I can't recommend Start Communicatons highly enough. We had a terrible experience with our previous provider and were nervous about choosing a local company again however Kerry Mayo assured me that they would be able to handle our complicated set-up so I took the leap & I am so glad I did. Kerry was right, Richard, Guy, Beverley and all the team did a fantastic job. They had a very short deadline with an integrated door entry system & other complications but on the change over day it all happened seamlessly. Care for Veterans are a 24/7 service supporting physically disabled ex-Service personnel & having a reliable service to contact doctors & families etc is crucial to our operation. Thank you so much for providing a 1st rate service which is hard to find, particularly since Covid. If only all companies could have that level of customer service, everyone would be happy.
