Since the moment Start Comm's contacted us as a local supplier offering their services things have gone well. They spent time with us discussing our needs and designed a system to suit us and how we work. They then organised a smooth changeover from our previous analogue contract. START have now installed the VoIP system that will serve us for the foreseeable future. The new installation was completed in a morning with minimal disruption and is now working perfectly. We now have phones where we didn't have them before and some walkabout phones in places where we needed flexibility, and all at the same cost we had before. As a local business it is also very easy for us to keep in touch. That regular contact with the same people at START has been the key to making everything go so smoothly.
