"Voip Telephone and Broadband Migration"

Had been looking to consolidate our two BT phone lines and business broadband connection into a VOIP solution with fast broadband for a while and finally made the decision to go with Start Communications.
Everything ran efficiently and effortlessly from the outset and transfer happened as planned at 9am on the day with Martyn the engineer very helpfully configuring the new router to match our existing in house network. No service interruption at all.
Would definitely recommend Start Communications based on our experience.

Start Communication came highly recommended to us from a local company when we were searching for a new provider. From the initial conversation Start have been professional and quick at responding, you can tell they really do care about their customers and want to give you the best service. We are quite a large primary school and our previous phone system was rather old fashioned but the team at Start Communication were not phased and made the transition as seamless as possible. We had the transfer scheduled for the summer holidays and they worked with our IT provider to make sure it was all working. All time schedules where kept too and the engineers turned up as planned, on time, going the extra mile to make sure we were working properly and confident in using the new system. Any changes and tweaks we wanted to make are carried out quickly and effectively. We have also opted for new mobile phones through Start which should be arriving soon.
