"Excellent Support Team"

The set up of Horizon with Start Communications was super efficient and the team checked in regularly to make sure all features were working as they should. We had some teething issues with integrating our clinical system but this was thoroughly investigated and quickly resolved by the support team.

Reason for 4 stars: Post set up, we were informed that Horizon was being upgraded and that we needed to install and set up the new release after getting used to the previous version. There were not huge differences between the two apps, but we just felt the previous interface was preferred/felt more user friendly than the upgraded version, Collaborate.

Having decided to make the change of telecom supplier, I was nervous about how smoothly the transition might be as there can always be hiccups and gremlins with IT. I shouldn't have worried! Richard and Beverley have been extremely helpful, patient & professional throughout the process and it has gone very smoothly. They walked us through every step of the process and have made it very easy. The engineer who came to our office was excellent and made sure everything was working correctly [including my VPN link from France, which wasn't his responsibility] The whole project to move from one provider to another was seamless and easy.
