"Keep making appointments and they keep…"

Keep making appointments and they keep cancelling or rescheduling them!! The whole point of it was because everyone in the UK can’t see a damn GP without waiting weeks!!! I find “some” of the LIVI doctors extremely rude and ignorant and who are not very sympathetic to my issues when I’m distressed.. not impressed on the whole! a couple of times I’ve had a nice doctor, but not very often! Yesterday’s appointment I had was the best one yet, she was lovely and tremendously helpful

Doctors were very good when we spoke. Helped efficiently. The appointment process was delayed due to re-arranged and cancelled appointments.

I used Livi many times and was satisfied but this week my appointment was rescheduled 2-3 times for 4 days...I kept waiting to be called but after about an hour I was told that there is no Dr available to see me...I was finally seen by a Dr yesterday who sent a referall to another department for an appointment....this week l don't know what happened with livi....

Ive used App several times , very easy book a time slot sometimes they are slightly late but drs are very good and seem to ask a lot of questions much more easier than trying to get into surgery

"Awful and stressful experience "

Awful. Set up an appointment with Livi for a Friday as my practice had none until the following week. Booked the appointment two days in advance which was meant to be 11am. Waited until 12:40 then notified it was rescheduled to 14:15. Then at 14:40 I received a notification that it was rescheduled again to 14:00 on the following Monday. By this time I called my GP practice who were unable to see me until the next week due to it being late on a Friday. Called 111 and got a prescription for my pain by 8pm. I had been in awful pain for 3 days by this time. I was prescribed naproxen, codydramol and diazepam due to the severity of my pain. Would never use this service again and would warn others against it. It was also my birthday that day which only added to the awfulness of the experience

"Livi app"

It's the second time using this app, both times it was very easy to use and on both occasions I was called on the correct date and time.
I also got reminders prior to the consultation/s

Think it’s brilliant , it’s not easy to get a doctor , so it’s a great way of speaking to someone , is like face time so you see who your speaking too , twice now iv use livi , and they were great , didn’t feel rushed , not that you do at a doctor , brilliant 🤩

Whole process was seamless. From downloading the app, to video consultation with the doctor was within 30 minutes what more could you ask for?

J'ai pris un Rdv dermatologue depuis une quinzaine de jour, et le jour du rdv, personne ne m'a pris en ligne me faisant plus d'une heure pour finalement me faire perdre plus de 15 jours sur un traitement important !
