Fast and great video appointments when I cannot get to my GP

"Livi GP gave incorrect information "

I was offered a Livi appointment instead of waiting a week for a phone call about my mental health from my GP.

The Livi GP was late. She then told me that I had "exhausted" all my options for anxiety medication, apart from two controlled drugs that Livi could not prescribe.

A quick Google search after this very disappointing (and completely unsympathetic or empathetic) call showed that the Livi GP was totally wrong. There are many other medications I could be offered that aren't controlled substances. I suspected this on the call anyway, as when I previously spoke with my local GP they explicitly stated I had other options to try. Which was why I had made the appointment in the first place, to ask about alternatives.

I will never use Livi again, and will share how rubbish the service was with anyone else who is offered an appointment with them.

The GP listened to my concerns and gave me good advice on how to look after and control this and on how things would move forward

The doctor called on time and provided useful information to relief my pain. I definitely will continue to use Livi.

Have used this service as were unable to get a GP appointment. They contacted me next day and the doctor was very compassionate and listened to me. This is a very helpful and important service. Thank You 🙏

Sat there waiting for my appointment.app open, did what it asked me to do so I was ready. First message oh they are running late. Ok. Second oh we couldn’t verify you…..seriously no option other than to rebook
This should be done with real doctors not this third party outsourced waste of time. I’ve paid my national insurance all my life but when I need help I get this?

I would give this no stars if I could. Assigned a GP a few minutes before my time slot, GP unassigned when my timeslot lapsed. Hung on for a while afterwards but nobody else was assigned to me. What's the point??? App uninstalled.

Easy to book and much better than trying to get in to my local practice.
Will definitely use this service again.

First time using Livi. Process is easy and different to Push Doctor. App has choices of the reason for the appointment. The appointments are much sooner, I got an appointment same day. I was satisfied with the GP I spoke to. It’s a shame we have to use this, Doctors face to face is a rare occurrence

"Livi is excellent "

I used Livi via the app for the first time the other day and I was very dubious about it at first but it went very well. The doctor video called me and only a few minutes late and she was excellent asking all the right questions.
I will definitely be using Livi again in the future 😊
