It was easier to get an appointment with a GP to get constructive advice on how to get treatment for my condition. There were lots of appointments available to suit my needs.

Although there was a long delay the service is fantastic; clinician was empathetic and really helpful. Does put my GP practice to shame as they prescribed the wrong antibiotics and the Livi doctor sorted my symptoms and antibiotics in a fraction of the time- felt an improvement after first dose. A simple alternative to seeing your own GP.
I saw a very experienced well spoken Nigerian doctor who I could understand perfectly and he has referred me to urology for further ultrasound tests. Better than my own GP practise who I though had referred me and actually hadn't. My kidney function is not great as it is and passing stones is not a good sign. Very pleased with the service.
Update got a letter to make an appointment for a CT Scan 8 days later.

My Livi experience is so up and down. Sometimes I book an appointment, have the appointment and the doctor points me in the right direction.

Other times I book, cancel plans, and the doctor decides to cancel, already 5 minutes late for the appointment start.

This is a good alternative to seeing a GP in person.
Four stars only in the sense that I still had to to wait about three days which wouldn’t be great if I was really in need of seeing a doctor quickly but within the context of a scheduled non-urgent appointment, it was excellent. The doctor’s attention to detail was pretty good and I would recommend it.

This is the first time using Livi. Was easy to book. Dr started appointment bang on time and was excellent. A presecription was sent through by text and email. Brilliant service.

Excellent service, the video call with a Dr was very quick and easy, once I’d set up the app. I will be using this service again! Amazing. I’d been waiting for test results, so to be able to do this within 27minutes (I chose to join a queue) of being on the app and getting my new prescription sorted was very good

Livi is very good when you can't get an appointment at the gp and once you have had you're consultation if you need to see a gp face to face livi will try there best to sort that too and any relevant medication 💊 that is required
