I was able to talk to a very pleasant Dr who advised in my case not able to do much .but I was advised to get a face to face appnt & a note of it made in on my online notes to have examination as a result of Livi app .its worth a try

Saves so much time and hassle, no need to take any time off work, hang around waiting to get past the gatekeepers at the GP surgery on the phones. Appointment was more or less instant and prescription sent to pharmacy in record time.

The GP was on time, caring and empathetic yet very professional. Even though my consultation overran, she didn’t rush to get it finished. She explained test results clearly to me and offered reassurance. She organised further tests to monitor my condition. Can’t fault this experience at all. Excellent!

I got my appointment rather quickly and at a late time (9.48pm) and I got a better consult than I expected and was a amazing overall appointment!

I have difficulty accessing an appointment at my surgery but over the last year have used Livi three times. Each time they have been fantastic. I can describe my symptoms first in my own words, offered an appointment within a couple of hours to suit me, the doctors have always read my notes and history which rarely happens at a surgery, and they listen, are thorough in their questioning and are very helpful. If they can help and prescribe any meds these go immediately to my local pharmacy for me to collect within an hour.
I cannot praise Livi enough and recommend the service to all my friends who complain about not getting into their surgery.
Face to face on phone screen is so much better than a phone call

Après une première expérience satisfaisante Rdv pris pour le 6 janvier à 18h30. A 20h30 toujours pas de contact avec statut "médecin en cours d'attribution" sans aucune info sur le retard et le report éventuel du rdv ...
(J'aurais pu contacter un autre médecin)
Donc PB de communication .
