"Good Customer Service"

In my review on 12 December I assigned Furniture To Go only one star. This was based on the fact that my TV stand had been delivered on a pallet that the delivery company refused to remove. Furniture To Go responded the company should have unpacked the pallet and taken it with them Just wanted to confirm that they lived up to their word and the pallet was removed. Having now unpacked and set up the TV stand I am very happy with it. Attractive design, solidly built and to my mind good value. One of the door hinges was defective (which can happen) and the company immediately replaced it. Customer service to me is key and I could not have asked for better.

"Scammers! AVOID!"

All the negative reviews here are true.

These people are scammers. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.

After we received our order (late) all the boxes were wet and the products were damaged.

It took them over a week to collect the damaged items after days of fake collection arrangements via email and so much time wasted over the phone.

When the replacement finally arrived, it was also damaged!

We've now been trying to get them replaced or get some sort of partial refund for OVER A MONTH!

So we're now stuck with a damaged bed and bedside tables and no reasonable solution has been offered.

Disgusting.

"AVOID…I’d would give no stars if I…"

AVOID…I’d would give no stars if I could. I know these sell to trade and I purchased furniture through Ryman but these are the supplier, also available from The Range and other retailers too…DON’T BUY THERE STUFF!!
I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for replacement parts and STILL don’t have them. Full of excuses, I will be leaving Ryman the same review to as they were who I purchased through and they haven’t been able to rectify the situation either, yet they still have the TV units in stock, I suggested to take the parts i need out of another they have in stock or send me a replacement but NO. I can return and have a refund but I purchased the matching coffee table and sideboard for that reason as I wanted it to match and they won’t have the whole order back either. It takes days to get a reply, on a Monday I get told they have a delivery I chase it and nothing by then it’s Friday again another week gone and nothing.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

Twice I've had trouble with this company. I should have leant my lesson first time around but gave thwm benefit of the doubt. My reccommendation to anyone thinking of buying anything from them is AVOID AT ALL COSTS, better to pay more elsewhere. First wardrobe I ordered arrived perfectly packaged but had two broken parts inside, took 3 months to get the two replacement parts so in meantime had flatpack wardrobe all over floor as well as clothes. Second time received pre alert email saying my wardrobe was on its way but 10 days later still no wardrobe. After many phone xalls and emails have discovered delivery depot have lost my wardrobe. Have asked them to send another out to me then but they say they can't until delivery depot find the wardrobe. I have given them avweek to send me the wardrobe or they can cancel the order and refund my money. I am totally fed up and stressed out with them.

"Disgusting"

Disgusting! My customer an elderly lady ordered a wardrobe in March so I placed the order as it stated next day delivery..... she received it in may.....

Iv been to assemble it to find parts damaged and no fixing kit.

I raised this with FTG and they said they would sort it straight away..... it took a week and that’s only because I went straight to the directors and upon my complaining they have since closed my account and blocked my email address. So now if any of the wardrobes I have sold through them have any issues I cannot contact them even though it states on their terms I have 12 months to report issues.

I have now contacted trading standards on 2 occasions and because they have blocked contact I have also contacted the news papers.

My customer is now demanding a full refund and I’m getting nothing back from FTG!

They think this is going away by blocking me....? Not a chance!

"Wow what can I say ordered on 8th March…"

Wow what can I say ordered on 8th March dispatched on 25th only 4 of 5 delivered on 15th April even delivery tracking form was altered from 5 pieces to 4 !!!!! Finally missing box delivered and surprise surprise no fixings and damaged!!!! so months on could still not assemble for our customer. Was told fixing sent out straight away to then realise would be 7-14days only upon emailing the CEO did we get somewhere he passed it onto his COO who to be fair did open boxes in wear house and get it sent out next day. But the day it was dispatched we got an email from the CEO himself telling us “to stop this “ stop what ???? Complaining!!!! For him then to close our account and told not to order from FTG again..... guess what Claus we don’t want to ...... but we won’t be stopping this the distress you have caused our customer and ourself’s and not taking any responsibilities ........ I will be updating to what trading standards have to say about this when I contact them (again) about your company!!!!!!!

"Disappointing"

I don’t know how they have the audacity to use “We do the hard work for you” as their motto as it seems I had to do all the hard work myself. After 5 weeks of waiting, the parcels arrived in poor condition, boxes damaged so badly that some of the parts inside where chipped, bent and broken as well. Not delivered to where they supposed to be and I had to carry the 250kgs myself.

"Missing parts in order"

Missing parts in order. I emailed Customer Services as was unable to get anyone to pick up the phone (I’ve been trying for 3 weeks) and provided details of the missing parts.
Got an email to say these were on order. Got an update showing the replacement parts order with the wrong quantities. I have had to email 4 times and have been very clear about the parts I need and the replacement order is still wrong.

Missing items:

4 off 25303
4 off 26020
4 off 26071
2 off 26211

I have requested a call from Customer Services as this is an incredibly frustrating situation. I cannot build the item I originally ordered without the replacement parts and these (when they are eventually reordered correctly) can take another 3 weeks to arrive.

I will never buy from this company again. Very disappointing service.

"I don't know what to think about this…"

I don't know what to think about this company at this point, I know it's not a scam but it feels like it. On their site they claim they offer next day delivery. I have a few orders with them, at least one of them is older than 2 weeks and it is not processed. I called their customer team a few times and nobody picked the phone. Eventually I decided to call the sales team and somebody told me that they are very busy so they can't do next day delivery and it will take 6 to 10 days. That is a huge difference but I would still accept it if it were true. It's not.

Update: I manage to talk with a manager from furniture to go and resolve my issues.
