I bought a matching coffee table and tv unit. The items arrived really quickly and were so easy to put together but unfortunately one piece was broken. Contacted customer service and a replacement is being sent out as I type. Great service so far, thanks to Olivia especially.

"Great customer service"
I had a good experience with this company, It was first time i had put any thing together although there was a draw side missing it was resolved quickly and delivered within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately my fault, I damaged a draw but they were so helpful and sent me out another. The sideboard is a lovely piece of furniture, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

"Horrific company"
Ordered a large furniture order over £2,000 via the range. Ordered 2 identical cabinets, only one of these was delivered. Contacted furniture to go via email who was told I had an additional item coming 3 days later.. 3 days later came and it didn’t arrive so I called up and was told that the email was a mistake.. Furniture to go are now insistent both where delivered. However they cannot provide any proof or evidence, used a non regular courier, no photos before or after. Even a weight discrepancy on my total order vers the delivery weight. Only evidence is a piece of paper with a tick on, no signature, date or name. I’m out of pocket by £400 so far. Also supplied the cabinets with continental plugs instead of UK plugs. Told I would be sent the UK plugs but they have still never arrived. Don’t worry I’m not giving up on my money. I’ve already contacted rip of Britain, speaking to a solicitor and I am not giving up until I reimbursed for my stolen money from your company! This dispute has been going on for over a month now. You guys want shutting down.

"I am not impressed with this company as…"
I am not impressed with this company as it took them 4 weeks to deliver my order and then it soon became apparent that many parts were damaged so I have been waiting for 2 months for replacement parts and they have just been delivered but they are also damaged! Company seems to be in complete meltdown as telephone access to customer services is still disabled "due to the current situation" (do they not realise that we are now in October and most companies have long recovered?).

I have worked with Furniture to Go over the last couple of weeks and have processed a dozen or so orders through. While there has been a snag here and there they have been fully supportive in ironing out creases. I have dealt with Josie, Olivia and Louise who have all been polite and solved any issues in a timely and professional manner. I will be continuing work with FTG in the future. Allan

"Damaged goods"
When I received my order the top part was damaged, I called through and customer services were helpful and advised I need to send an email. After sending the email I received a reply the next day advising me they have ordered another part and will be with me within 14-21 days, all was good so I thought. A month has now passed and still not received the new part so have a chest of drawers with no top. I have had to chase so many times to be told that it hasn’t even left the factory yet. Quick enough to take your money at the start but then don’t seem to want to provide efficiency after the sale. Would not use again. I’m sure if I ordered a new one and paid for it it would arrive in half the time. 😩

"The worst supplier that we have worked…"
The worst supplier that we have worked with, terrible and slow customer service. Never answer the phone and takes days to reply to e-mails if at all. Orders have been almost always delayed and not by reasonable time frames but by weeks or months. Terrible couriers used that hold on to orders for weeks for no apparent reason and orders constantly arriving damaged.
Currently waiting on a spare part to arrive to a customer that has taken over 4 weeks, when a 14-21 day time frame was given. Not to mention that this particular order was placed over 2 months ago, arrived weeks late, broken and has still not been sorted out, despite having this exact product in stock on their website for 'next day delivery' ?!
There clearly isn't anybody on their customer service team that really cares about their customers and it shows.

"An update on my earlier review"
Furniture To Go is still by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. There isn't a single person in the entire organisation who cares about their customers' experience... If you can find a positive review here or anywhere else on the internet, you can be sure that it's not real, they are claiming that their customer service department has now caught up, but the phone lines are still off and average times to get an email reply is 2-3 days, I'm sorry but that's just simply not good enough and I'm sick of hearing the pandemic as an excuse for being 'understaffed', maybe you shouldn't have scammed the government through the furlough scheme when there is clearly more than enough work to do.
Also tried to email the below mentioned address and CC it in correspondence, but makes no difference.

Although I have had major delays in receiving my wardrobe part I cannot fault the customer service of furniture to go especially Marcia! Very understanding and have kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery which is the least I can say about the range where I actually ordered the wardrobe! I would recommend contacting their customer services for any queries as they have been nothing but helpful and polite!

"Avoid this company at all costs"
Avoid this company at all costs, absolute shambles from start to finish.
Products were very poorly packaged, causing damage to numerous parts. Drilling holes were incorrect and an item was missing in the box as well.
I was told the replacement parts would take 30 days to arrive.... this was incorrect as the parts didn't arrive on to the vehicle at the depot, i had to ring them to find this out!
I was then told they would send out a brand new unit instead(they could have done this originally). This would be dispatched by courier and i could track it. No tracking was ever available, i was told on more than one occasion that my delivery would arrive by a certain date and that it can be seen going through the system with the courier. My wife waited in all day on 3 separate occasions and then when i ring up AGAIN i was told that the replacement hadnt even left and that there was no stock and i would have to wait another 2 months for the product to come into stock.
What a joke!
