I have been waiting over two weeks for my product to be delivered. I have contacted their customer service team several times and each time they give me a different dispatch date. Today I called them at least 5 times and no one answered the phone, seems to me that they are purposely avoiding my call and they don't have my product in stock

The item was well packaged and at a reasonable price.
I am very happy with my wardrobe.
There was a wait but is to be expected in the current ongoing pandemic.

I purchased a chest of drawers from the range, and item was told to be dispatched from this company only to received part of my item on the Monday, still waiting for the other which was told has been lost via xdp courier, which I had to chase for days and no response from furniture to go, except when I call them. Again being told a replacement would be sent out on the Thursday after a lot of back and forth on the same day, which is now Thursday. Told it was dispatched and sent a tracking for dhl, but now Friday have been told by dhl there is no parcel, and they are still waiting for consignment from furniture to go and waiting for collection. And no one has any idea where this item is or even if it exists, extremely disappointed by this company for they have bad communication and no correspondence except when I have to call them.
Will not be purchasing from them again .my daughter has been now waiting for her chest of drawers for 2 weeks.

"Nothing wrong with the customer service…"
Nothing wrong with the customer service these guys provide, although they could perhaps be a little quicker in responding to emails etc.
I had one wrong box in a consignment erroneously sent out to me, and they sorted the issue out within a few days. The replacement item was with me a couple of days later and they are sending a courier to collect the item they sent in error.
Everything was well packaged, although I haven't actually opened any of the boxes yet. That is for this weekend.

"Amazing customer service"
I bought a chest of drawers from furniture to go approx 4 years ago. The drawer runners have unfortunately broken and I emailed the company in the hope I could buy some runners from them. The product has now been discontinued but they have agreed to make some more runners especially for me and all free of charge! How refreshing to see such amazing customer service!

"Cannot decide which company is worse"
Cannot decide which company is worse, The Range or their third party supplier Furniture to Go! Received a damaged shelf which I cannot get a refund for so needless to say, I will be avoiding both companies in the future. If only I had known that The Range was using a third party supplier and had read these reviews first, I wouldn't have wasted my money or time!

I bought a wardrobe but unfortunately parts were missing. I have been in touch with customer services- Olivia and Louise who have gone over and beyond expected service. Great customer service, would not hesitate to buy anything from this company in the future. Massive thanks.

Excellent customer service from Santana and Furniture to Go. We ordered some bedroom furniture for my sons bedroom. Very pleased with the product. Unfortunately both wardrobes were slightly damaged when delivered but they replaced without any hesitation. They kept me informed on delivery expectations. Great service received.

We purchased a bedroom suite five year’s ago. One of the drawer runners broke, contacted the company and two pairs were promptly sent out, no charge, now that is something that doesn’t happen these days. Our thanks to Olivia for her excellent customer service.

Avoid...take money...dont send items..ignore calls and emails..send item after 3 months,damaged..then replacement left in the pouring rain....damaged again..ignored again...bad aftercare once they have your money...avoid avoid avoid
