LLevo almost a week with an open case because my websites are not working in Spain due to a block by LA LIGA of the IP of the shared server where my websites are hosted, making this inaccessible to my customers and leaving bad reputation of my business, I have sent them several evidences of the block and still insist that everything is correct, and on top of that the only solution they give me is to use a vpn, I have worked for years with several hosting companies such as hostinger, sered, godaddy and none gave me such nefarious support and little functional as this company, if you can spend the money on another company more professional and more expensive I highly recommend it.

long time customer but treated terribly. I registered 5 domains with them. The last domain I registered they made fun of me. registered for 1 year now instead it is for a month. Same techniques as when they were called sharkhosting (where the triffary plan was changed at their pleasure with letters of apology). Be careful therefore it is not a serious hosting. At this point I detach all my domains.

"We’ve had a very disappointing…"
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Verpex hosting. Over time, we encountered multiple issues, including emails going missing for months—some even for over a year. When we reached out to their support team, they simply asked if we had backups of our emails, offering little help. Additionally, our reseller account was repeatedly compromised despite all preventive measures on our end. Ultimately, we had no choice but to migrate away from their hosting services.

"Extremely Frustrating & Time-Wasting Experience with Verpex"
I recently purchased hosting + domain from Verpex, expecting a smooth onboarding experience. However, things went downhill right after payment.
Support Ticket Message - DOZ-326-39823
They are asking for document verification through a third-party platform called Persona, which is completely unreliable. Despite uploading clear and valid documents multiple times, Persona kept rejecting them and simply showed a vague error: “Try again.” I wasted hours trying again and again with no success.
So I raised a support ticket to Verpex explaining the issue with Persona, expecting an alternative verification method or at least a helpful response.
But instead of addressing my concern or offering a solution, they simply copy-pasted another Persona link and ignored the issue entirely. No explanation, no workaround, no accountability — just a generic response that didn’t even acknowledge the actual problem.
On top of that, their support response time is extremely slow. You wait for hours (or even longer), only to receive a reply that doesn't answer your question.
This kind of careless and robotic customer support is unacceptable, especially from a company that deals with hosting and domains where time is critical.
⚠️ I do NOT recommend Verpex to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider. Their verification system is broken, support is non-responsive, and they don’t value customer time or trust.

You must have an alternate option other than persona. Also, if user is asking some question, answer that precisely without repeating the same things again and again. I raised a question on your verification system and you guys replied the same without even understanding the actual situation.

"This is not a good deal!"
I've had 9 websites for three months now. In the morning my websites were still working, but by the evening they were considered as attack websites. I checked the SSL settings, but everything was fine. After I went further, I saw that my domain names were redirected to a foreign domain. All nine!
That's when I contacted support via online chat.
They told me that I had to redirect my domains to another IP address. ??!!
I created my IP settings 3 months ago. Everything worked fine for 3 months. It's strange that this problem only occurred with my domains pointing to this hosting. The incorrect (but working so far) and the correct (now specified) IP address were very similar, only this new one was 6 more than the old one. That IP address belongs to them too.
I didn't set an IP address for 3 months, nor did my domain registrar. Unfortunately, the problem may have been that the IP address was changed and they didn't inform you about it. This is not a good deal!

I cannot even begin to say how good of an experience I have had with Verpex. Compared to my old host for my reseller account, the difference is fantastic. The only small glitch we had was that the system kept losing my identity for a few days and I had to get the chat team to help me reset it and get back in, but we eventually figured out the issue (mostly error on my part). Then, as I had a lot of domains to transfer over, involving several databases and numerous IMAP email accounts, the migration team did a great job on getting everything moved and working seamlessly again. And extra stars to Yoedhi who went above and beyond on quickly getting the last few issues worked out, involving old blogs that had not been properly updated and the massive databases they had. and he got it all flowing smoothly again. I've already recommended them to a couple other developers I know and will higly recommend them to anyone who asks. Great Team!
