Is there a minus 1 rating available? And that would be generous. They quoted nearly £1000 after investigating for a mere 4 mins. Then, when discussed further, lowered to £500. Gets better, they didn't even finish the job, went silent until constant chasing the next day and then said they wouldn't fix. And we have most probably been charged a call out fee. Daylight robbery. If you fancy a totally wasted call out, call Tezgo.

The engineer, Sher, gave us helpful and kind service and saw to our problems. His level of knowledge was high.

The fee for a relatively small job was similarly high, and made our eyes water!

Your website advertises no callout charge. My elderly father called the office for advice and felt falsed to have a plumber arrive at his home. To fix a leaking waste water trap. He arrived and spent 9 mins finding the issue. He then dissapeared for over 1hr and returnrd and said he is getting a part he did not return with a part. He fixed this in 9 mins. He then demanded £360.00 for this service after traipsing dirty footprints in my hall way and hand prints on my wall.

He said you pay now or ill rip it effing out. My father was frightened and called me and i could hear jack shouting i dont effing work for free. This is shocking he then started ripping pipes from the unit. I asked jack to leave he was shouting at me and my father.

I asked for a breakdown of the bill he then started call out me 1hr work admin fee 10% plus vat are you effing paying. As i am power of attorney i have the right to ask.

He had damaged the floor and cupboard. I got a local tradesman who simply tightened the plastic nuts there was nothing wrong and it did not need replacing. Since then i contacted trading standards and citizens advice. We have all since read your reviews on truspilot and are horrified at what people have experienced from your workers.

You can not treat vulnersble people and try and extortion money from them when in fact it is simply a plastic bolt to be tightened. I informed your office and spoke with jenny she refused to give any detsils of the manager and really was unempathetic when i ecplained how jack was swearing and being intimidating. Please could you speak with jack. I will not be paying a invoice for no work being completed and not being clear and transparent with your charges. In fact you owe us for the damage.

Jack came to sort out my blocked drain, completed job quickly and with no hassle.

I contacted this company to fix a leak that was coming from pipework linked to an unvented water cylinder. The ‘engineer’ arrived, placed some tape on a random join nowhere near where the leak had been identified. The engineer then decided to leave live electrics exposed on the cylinder where a leak was still clearly there. Then, for some bizarre reason, the guy looked under the bath and found a ‘leak’ that had not been there the day before. I know this because I have a report from the property maintenance company saying so when they investigated the source of the leak. Once the ‘leak’ under the bath was ‘fixed’ the ‘engineer’ left. He did not leave the parts he had replaced, as I had requested and proceeded to silicone the bath panel shut in a way that you’d be fooled into thinking a child had done it.
I was pressured into giving my card details over for a ‘holding’ payment and they then proceeded to charge me just under 600 for an hours ‘work’. The leak I had asked them to fix remained.
I’ve then spent this last week chasing them to reattend and sort the absolute carnage they had left behind. I eventually had some success and the engineer came back but did nothing, I was told the original leak I had called them for was a new one but they’d do me a favour and only charge me 159 plus vat per hour!
I wish I’d done my research, they are a scam company who make it difficult to track in order to take them to small claims court. They are unprofessional, dangerous, untidy, unreliable and unqualified. DO NOT USE, if you call them, you will literally be throwing your money down the drain.
I have given them an opportunity to rectify their mistakes and they have chosen not to take that offer up. If they choose to post their generic reply to get in touch, I already have their reply where they have refused to accept liability. The next step will be taking them to court. I have since had a different company come in and fix the problem who have told me that what was done before did absolutely nothing to help and was dangerous. THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT CONTACT THEM.

Jack was absolutely wonderful, he came very quickly, identified the issue and was able to resolve it completely. He was also very patient and pleasant throughout the experience.

"A flood with damages after the repair"

The worst experience I had. Firstly the price £90 per hour, it increased to £250 per hour.
A plumber said that the leak was fixed. He sealed the bath very untidy and I could not see any leak. Later when I had a bath a leak appeared. It flooded my room and my neighbour underneath.
A company claims that we reported a damage too late. The plumber came second time, but most of the time only took pictures and send it to a company back. He didn’t fix the leak. We filled a bath after he left and a large leak still appeared. We sent it to a plumbing company immediately, but they were only blaming us that we only send it after the plumber left.
