A DRIPPING TAP HAS COST £741.00 !!!!! Refused to give payment back to me. Very unprofessional and have left me with major financial issues due to this! Quoting £189.00 an hour to fix a tap!!!! I have took this further and I am not going to let this drop. I am absolutely devastated, living with severe depression and feel this has just sent me over the edge and has me feel ill.

Sher came to help with a blocked drain pipe - he was quick and efficient, the pipe was clean in 20 minutes which would usually take over an hour I imagine.

Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to get ripped off, £59 call out charge then a hidden charge on arrival which they don’t tell you on the phone of £189 per hour plus vat. Then they tried to overcharge the time made it two hours so to unblock a toilet they wanted £500 plus. Bunch of scammers when we asked the guy in the background on the phone was asking the plumber to smash everything up. Really!!!!

However, for your protection get FULL DETAILS OF COSTS. Call out charge, is still added, then hourly charge £219, then Jet wash charge, they used my water and electricity, then admin fee.
They then provided with an invoice dated in American format month/day/year and when brought to their attention maintained it was correct.
I requested a receipt which was correctly printed.
They are EXTREMELY reticent at providing any fixed costs prior to visit and the contractors who arrive at site refer to the office. Do NOT USE

This company has reasonably competent plumbers… they are better at milking clients who are driven by their relative panic at an apparently major plumbing situation, and ensuring they absolutely maximise their time over a job. £680 for sorting out a noisy hot water pump, which required bleeding the air out of the system and actually increasing the pressure on the boiler (which they didn’t do, but I learned later). It took an hour and 5 minutes, but the small print says they charge for the full hour, so two hours charged plus various additional fees (including the agreed upfront cost).
Gives one a bad feeling to have been ripped off… my own fault for not checking up on reviews beforehand! They’re nasty!!
