"Appalling service"

Appalling service, despite telling the engineer not to cut the radiator feed without isolating first he was adamant that all would be ok, subsequently the ground floor flooded causing damage to ceilings, walls and flooring and a power outage, had an inch of water sitting in the first floor ceiling which then poured into the ground floor, becoming distressed I asked him to isolate the water, he said it’s fine, just a bit of water 🤷‍♂️He then refused to leave without payment despite explaining the potential damage caused and I would need to assess first, the police are aware and took a statement and advise contacting them if this company comes in contact again.

This company shouldn’t even have 1 star. A guy turned up and had no idea how to isolate a pipe so decided to cut it out and caused major leak and no electrics. Then refused to leave until we paid the invoice of nearly £500. Called the police who have taken registration details and security camera footage. Have since been sent threatening messages that the police have recorded. Absolutely horrendous experience!

I wouldn't even rate this company one star , was quoted £59 for call out fee (+for work)
Had some two dudes turn up , no tools, no knowledge. Kept asking us questions that we wanted them to answer, had to be reminded they were the plumbers not us.
Spent 10 minutes and told us we would have to pay £70 total as no work was done and we basically had to tell them what the problem is.
Once left they say in the van waiting for their company to send us an invoice which was £190.80 which was nowhere near to what we was talking about when the company was called.
The invoice showed £59.00 call out fee, £100 investigation fee and somehow total came to £190. I called the company, and said this wasn't fair, as no work was done and that's not what was discussed.
This company is a big SCAM and the "plumbers are very unprofessional"
Money hungry people..

my elderly father rang and asked how much to look at his shower. He was quoted £59. The man arrived and did not even have the most basic of tools to look at the shower (an allen key). The man looked at the shower asked to look at an another shower and said they were the same temperature, they were not. He made my dad feel uncomfortable and he wanted him to leave. He stood around waiting for his office to generate an invoice for £270.80 !!, He was never told about the standing charge of £200. I am a working mum with no plumbing experience and I googled the problem and orderd a £5.20 temperature stop ring and it was fixed in minutes. This company is out to scam the elderly and vulnerable. I emailed them to give them the opportunity to refund the standing charge before I left this review but they refused and told me my dad was happy with the temperature and service. Total rubbish the man had no clue what he was doing, if you googled the problem for that part it comes up with the tempreture stop ring issue that was worn, he did not even look at this. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.

This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. From the start there was a language problem, then lack of information, they were overpriced rude and bullying.
I would never recommend them.

"Poor service and over charged"

I contacted this company to fix my radiator, although they fixed it I feel i got totally ripped off. they charged me nearly £100 more than 2 other companies I had called previously.
Also they left me woth no heating once radiator was fixed and they did not come back to sort it or respond when I needed it sorting as emergency as my dad is disabled. They didn't want to know once the job was done and the had been paid.

Im not very happy with my experience and I certainly would not use this company again

"SCAM"

I had a Hot Water problem with my Immersion Heater on Saturday 04/11/23 and called Tezgo Plumbing who agreed to send a Plumber.
On arrival the Plumber took photographs of the equipment and immediately sent them to a colleague and then proceeded to have a telephone conversation with him/her. I got the impression that he was not a qualified technician and appeared to be more interested in returning the following Sunday to install a new boiler which I had already told him was booked for 13/11/23 with a local Plumbing Firm. The implication was that he would be doing the job privately and not through Tezgo. I declined the offer and told him to get on with the Immersion Heater. He identified the problem as a faulty Thermostat which he duly replaced and the heater started to function, however, not long after his departure the heater malfunctioned again and I have been informed by a local Plumber that the Thermostat had been set too high and it had cut out which is part of the safety mechanism.
The job took less than 1.50 hours but he insisted on staying the 2 hours to qualify for the £500.00 Labour charge. In addition despite their Slogan NO CALL OUT CHARGE I was charged £69.00.
This little SCAM cost me £768.88! They should not be listed on Trust Pilot. They are from Uzbekistan and their English is very poor..
DO NOT USE EVER !!!!
