I had a Hot Water problem with my Immersion Heater on Saturday 04/11/23 and called Tezgo Plumbing who agreed to send a plumber.
On arrival the Plumber took photographs of the equipment, sent them to a colleague and then proceeded to have a telephone conversation with him. One got the impression that he was not a qualified technician and was more interested in returning on the following Sunday to repair my Boiler
which I had told him was booked in with a local Plumber for 13/11/23. The implication was it would be a cash job off the books. I declined the offer and told him to get on with the Immersion Heater. He identified the problem as a faulty Thermostat which he replaced and the heater started to function, however not long after he had departed the heater malfunctioned again and I have been informed by a local Plumber that the Thermostat had been set too high and it cut out which is part of the safety mechanism.
This little scam cost me £768.88! They should not be listed on Trust Pilot.

Call putt charge £59 which I agreed but two guys arrived trying to charge me £300 to put a stop valve in under my sink. The guys were more interested in my car. They then offered to do the job off the books for £150……..wouldn’t recommend they were talking in a different language and you could tell they were trying to take advantage. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!

On Sunday 29th October I reached out to your company because my usual plumber was on holiday and I couldn’t get hold of him.
My heating and hot water wasn’t working to which you said someone would be out within an hour to hopefully get this up and running again and that there was a £79 call out charge which was fine as it was a Sunday so we expected a higher charge.
90 minutes later two guys turned up (not sure why 2 were required) but we were pleased they arrived.
When they got here they then informed us that the charge was £220 per hour for a diagnostic and hopefully fix if no parts were required.
We have a young toddler so needed some heating and hot water so reluctantly we agreed to this ridiculous hourly rate.
We explained the situation to the plumbers and after 45 minutes and tripping our electrics numerous times they then said we needed a new pump and they could replace it the next day at a reduced rate, we politely declined this offer as the pump was only replaced 11 months ago so we didn’t think this was the issue.
After adding VAT to the hourly rate plus an admin fee, we ended up paying £394.68 and still had no heating or hot water.
The following day our usual plumber sent a colleague over who had it up and running within 20 minutes of being here and could not believe the diagnosis your ‘plumbers’ came up with.
He informed us the pump is working absolutely fine and in actual fact the issue is the signal from the Hive system to the boiler so had your employees changed our pump, we’d have been In the same situation and no doubt another extra few hundred pounds out of pocket on top of what you’d already charged the day before.
We called Tezgo immediately to inform them of this and were basically greeted with ‘we have provided a service so tough luck’
You have given a wrong diagnosis and taken almost £400 from us for essentially nothing.

God awful. I called them to install a Water Softener, pretty basic. The whole company struggles to speak English and the plumbers look they just came out of college. They're Uzbekistani. He said he knows how to install these and he's done it before.
When he finished, he only installed the Water Softener to the kitchen tap, without the drain plugged in AND without a bypass which is against water regulations. Who does that? Any basic plumber knows a Water Softener goes into the whole house installation and with a bypass, and it needs to drain water when it regenerates.
I called them and told them the problem. He came again, plugged the drain and installed a bypass.... on the same kitchen tap. So he made the same basic mistake twice.
Now I am calling them every day to try to get a refund or to fix it. For the past 4 days they are telling me the plumber will come and he never does or calls. I have never had such an awful experience in my life with any home services. I am forced to take legal proceedings through Ombudsman and everything. Also because you pay the invoice via bank transfer, you can't do a Chargeback or Section 75...

So if you remember you called an emergency plumbers and then when they came to your property ,first of all then investigated the plumbing issue and then quoted the job which was agreed by youi on the email, you agreed all terms and conditions. When the job was done , we take a payment straight away the reason why you hired a plumber and they worked, everything was crystall clear even your tested by yourself, i think this proset is not fear

That is a complete lie as it wasn’t emergency for a start as was middle of the week during normal hours then you have the cheek to try and flag my negative review saying it’s not genuine and you never came to me, awful awful company avoid at all costs.

Charged 49£ for them to come and just say change the tap didnt check where the leak is. Didnt check the pipe, lines, tap in the bathroom. To see where the noise is comign from. Nothing, two of them just stood there and didnt even a speak a word. I have to get words out of their mouth. They only said we will send invoice!!!. To change tap its 170 plus VAT. Just a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!
Please avoid this company and read the negative comments before. Wish I read them before calling these people!!!!

We had a blockage and leaking pipe in toilet before 10 days and they came and charged whole lot of money for using high pressure and then now its happening again and they are not even willing to have a look without charging the same. Poor response.. wouldn’t recommend.
