"Failure to Provide Letting Management"

I have a property I let out in Peterborough that they claim to provide a full management service. Nothing could be further from the truth. There don’t reply to emails, telephone calls and messages and forget to put the rent up when agreed and I have lost money because of their total incompetence.
Do not use this branch as they don’t provide anything accept a don’t care a less attitude.

Appalling service for both myself as landlord and my tenant. Lack of communication and poor response to maintenance issues. I have complained 5 times with no service improvements. Terrible customer service and poor value for money.

"One star a couldn't leave zero"

One star a couldn't leave zero! Haart are all over you when taking your money, then they disappear. They don’t employ enough staff to do the job or answer phones. The ones that do work there I think Haart have them on a 3 day week, never enough coverage. I pity the property management team that have to deal with the situation. Haart needs a shake up or taking to court for the failure to provide the services that landlords pay for. Criminal. Beyond frustrating. Avoid at all costs. Everything is in favour of the tenant even when the tenants are at fault and it will just get worse with the new government laws. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I won’t get answer here either which just proves my point, they can only reply to good reviews.
