We contacted Haart King's Lynn via their web site after 7 in the evening and were amazed to get a phone call a few minutes later from them to arange a valuation for our property. Only two days later ,their Russel Bernstein spent half the afternoon with us, not just giving us a valuation, but also helping us to look at various options. The Market appraisal that he left with us was very thorough. He clearly had good knowedge of the area, right down to local bus services, and all aspects of the property market.
Unlike our experience with another agent last year,Russel was not pushy at all and clearly had allowed pleanty of time to get to get to know his potential clients and understand their needs fully. When we decide to sell we will definitely be calling Haart back.

"Gone badly down hill recently "

I was a tenant from 2020-2025. The first 3 years they were great, however the last 18 months/2 years the service was dreadful. Issues (fairly significant issues) were reported to them but they never contacted the landlord about them, so I assumed (wrongly) landlord did not care, however they were never told. They do not get back to you, emails ignored. I decided to move because of the issues that were ignored by them. When you do get to speak to a member of staff , they are lovely so assume this is a management issue.

They tell you they do regular property visits if you let them manage your property which is not true you only get one visit even if your tenant is in the property for 10 years unless you pay extra every time you want to visit

"Was buying through Haart in Rayleigh…"

This estate agent constantly hounds people including our solicitor that we pay for. We was buying Westbourne close bungalow but it had defects on roofs and windows on the survey, we paid to have. nothing was addressed correctly via the solicitor by the vendor through Haart. As for Haart It was as if they could not wait to tell our buyers that purchased our property that we pulled out. Fuming 😡 they seem to think they can constantly ring all the people involved telling them old news. As our solicitor, we pay, Let’s us know before you. Honestly Drama is not the word you need to stop harassing people. Then the guy (manager) rung my husband to tell him I had been rude to him. Really not acceptable.
