I’m looking for a new home and have been dealing with Cal. He’s professional, courteous and listens to my requirements. Also, viewed a property with the elderly owner at home. Cal was charming and respectful to the gentleman.

Emilia, in the Chelmsford lettings branch was extremely helpful and friendly, and she quickly understood my needs and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about the rental process, and the viewing options available to me. She made me feel like a valued customer; would heartily recommend.

"AVOID AT ALL COST!"

AVOID! If I could put 0 star, I would. This is my revised review from the previous one I posted about a week ago. I felt pressured by the management (Crystal Palace branch) to remove it. So, instead I will be less factual but will simply discourage anyone to use this group of estates agents as I had several issues with them. The director had no idea of all the wrong doing I complained about in my previous review. It is a real shame because a good communication from his team to him would have avoided the traumatic months I had to endure.

"Once they have your details they will hound you"

To be transparent I only had a viewing booked with Haart, which I cancelled, so I cannot comment on their full services. However, what I want to feedback is that once they get your number and email they will not stop contacting you. I have now asked via email to 2 separate people, rang the office, and now texted back an agent who had organised the viewing for us. All because they just kept asking if we are still looking for properties and sending us any old house they found and even duplicating emails across staff members. I just feel there is a complete lack of communication between staff as I have had to ask multiple times to different people that we are no longer interested and to please stop calling me. It's at the point now if they ring me again I'll have to block it and report as spam.

Nabil covered all options regarding affordability and the type of property I was looking for. He spent 31 minutes with me, never rushing the conversation, and made me feel that no question was too trivial. Above all, he listened attentively.

"Horrific Service "

Haart helped rent my property in Clapham for more than 10 years. Up until recently they have been great. The last year has been quite horrific. All we needed was a simple extension of a rental agreement. After 4 months trying and countless unanswered emails we gave up. We are jumping ship to Dexters.
