"Haart sold property next door but one"

Haart sold property next door but one. Spoke to Jazz Rai, who advised as to value of our property. She came and took clear, professional photos, explained the selling process and along with other colleagues attended viewings. From the start she was realistic about what sale price we could achieve in the current market. We did obtain the price she suggested. Sale was managed well up to and after exchange of contracts.

Kayleigh dealt with the sale of my property. The property was marketed at the exact value and I achieved what I wanted from the sale. It was sold within two weeks. Kayleigh was very professional, seeing the sale through, any problems were dealt with promptly. I would definitely consider using Haart Estate agents in the future.

"Harlow Branch what a team "

We sold our house with Haart and I can honestly say they were really good I’m an impatient person and they were very understanding answering all my questions. From the day that Christopher came around to value then Alex showing buyers and Chris and Cassie in the office. They all made you feel very relaxed and happy. "Travelled from London to view but no keys!"

Booked in advance to view one of the penthouses in Granton House. As we were coming from South East London we woke up early, excited to view and made our way to Milton Keynes Central on this very cold day. Met Haart onsite and after that all downhill! Key couldn't be found. We were told the manager was on his way and he would help to find the key. 5 minutes later we're told manager won't be able to come and not able to get access to the penthouse! I'm sure there's a lesson for buyers and sellers too especially as we were so keen. Oh well Haart off our list of reliable estate agents. Hoping to hear from the Branch Manager as Haart should be paying for the train tickets as a bare minimum as well as the hours spent traveling!

"Great communication and support"

Great communication and support. Samantha from the Clacton branch was on the ball and helped push the sale along. They could be a little more competitive on fees but sometimes you do get what you pay for. Very happy with the way the sale was handled from start to finish. Haart do take professional photos and this made such a difference when comparing other agents listings.
