Haart told me on phone landlord refused to replace broken light in bathroom because he has no money. Tried to blame me for it. Been over a month, breach of contract as bathroom can’t be used at night. Haart refusing to respond to emails.

I've been using Haarts for some years now. They were very helpful when I put my property into their profile and organised everything. I have had issues with their service but recently they appointed a new manager, Sophie, who is very professional. My new contract has been handled by Skylouise in an efficient manner. "Aylesbury / Milton Keynes - Not professional at all"

We found Haart in Aylesbury to be really unprofessional when it came to leaving the property we had been renting. I wrote a letter giving notice to leave and never received any acknowledgement at all.

When it came to check out, all sorts of ridiculous charges were listed in the inventory. Clearly a ploy to extract the maximum amount of money possible. I have never encountered this before. This was handled by the Milton Keynes office.

We were told that we had 10 days to query / dispute any charges but after 2 days, with no warning, Haart sent the case to the adjudicator! Now we have to wait for 1-2 months for a decision.

Upon speaking with the landlord, he told us he was unhappy with Haart and found them to be unprofessional also.

Even during the tenancy they were slow in responding to maintenance queries. One issue we completely gave up on in the end.

Now today Haart emailed me asking if they can display a 'let agreed' sign outside the property... the property I moved out of 6 weeks ago.... the answer would have been no anyway.

I would avoid Haart if possible. When we first dealt with them it wasn't too bad ( they want your business) but after you are a tenant they don't care and treat you like an inconvenience.

Fraud estate agents , Must be avoided. I was purchasing a property through them. they gave me offer acceptance letter, i received the mortgage offer from my lender, then they gave property to another buyer who gave them extra CASH.

I am landlord, I am very unhappy with Haart, They are managing (letting) my property in Dagenham. they put very bad tenants who ruined my property. and now i want my property backthey are not trust worthy. very bad experience with HAART DAGENHAM. may be they need some money on top from the buyer. ....

My brother was buying a property through Heart Dagenham, he gave the offer (380000) and its accepted it and Heart dagenham issued a confirmation letter. After 2 days they informed my brother the offer is rejected asking my brother to give a higher offer, then my brother gave higher offer of 385000, they accepted again and issued a letted again. my brother booked the survey (paid the fee) then they refused the surveyor to visit the property and said offer rejected. I don't know how these guy working.
they are not trust worthy. very bad experience with HAART DAGENHAM. may be they need some money on top from the buyer. ....

"Haarts are extremely stalky"

Haarts are extremely stalky, calling every single day for around 3 full months telling me they had a buyer for my flat and he was desperate to buy my flat. When I asked why he was going through them and not the agent marketing it they could not give any answer except he does not get on with the agent marketing my flat.
Funny because if i had instructed them and been willing to part with 5% of the sales i bet anything they would have forced me into reducing my asking price and so diminished my chances of even walking away 20k short.
So when i took screen shots of my call list which showed around 30 marketing calls over a month they stopped..but i now find marketing leaflets coming through my letterbox from them so the stalking and giving me false hope has not ceased as yet.
I bet also that if i had instructed them this mysterious buyer who's so desperate for my particular flat (at a low price) would vanish
