"No Accountability"

I have both of my properties rented out through Haart IPSWICH Agency. Despite one of the property being vacant for 45 days, it wasn't until I had new tenants ready to move that the Haart Agency in Ipswich contacted me on the last day regarding the EICR certificate. They did not provide any prior notice while the property was unoccupied for that duration. Due to their carelessness, I had to delay the rental process by one week, which resulted in one week of council tax payments and one week of rental loss.

Management are completely unprofessional and out of touch. Suffice to say the company is seemingly run by people under huge pressure to achieve targets with a total disregard for
customer care or attention to detail. Beneath management are teams of seemingly inexperienced youngsters trampling over each other to score fees with zero accountability for mistakes, unanswered calls and unanswered emails. If you card about customer service. If you care about your property. If you care about achieving results and good communication... THEN AVOID INSTRUCTING THIS COMPANY on either the sale or the letting of your property. Plenty of other agents do a far better job.

Harry keeps to time for appointments, always patient, and always ready to satisfy clients.

Sue Clack of Haarts has been amazing in all steps of helping sell my mother in law’s home. She has been especially understanding and sympathetic to the needs of our family at a difficult time. The day we decided to go with Haarts, Sue had already lined up 3 viewings and just 10 days later we accepted an offer on the bungalow. We are now waiting to exchange and Sue has kept us fully up to date every step of the way.

"Atrocious Customer Service"

Tried to list our house for sale with Haart in Coventry and dealt with the manager, James O'Connell. Talked a good job till he had a signed contract, then went absolutely quiet. Emails were not replied to and phone calls not taken. had to chase up trying to see what progress had been made. He failed to turn up to take photographs of the property despite having appointment booked.
After three weeks of no action and the property still unlisted I terminated the contract. Still with no contact from Haart.
