Never answer phone always goes through to overflow call centre and they never call back! They are trying to sell a neighbours property in Beck Row that has an ongoing legal dispute so unless they are owners of property are lying on legal documents that there are no disputes unsure how they can sell property until resolved as currently issue is with Flagship and Persimmon legal team! Cowboys....

On March 28th, I came for a viewing at the property on Winson Street. After the viewing, I expressed my interest in the property, and you asked me to make a holding deposit of £219.23 on the same day. I made this payment on Thursday.
We began the referencing process on Monday, and our planned moving date was set for March 11th. The referencing concluded on March 8th. However, when I inquired about the moving process, you mentioned that your company and the landlord were facing issues regarding one or two matters, which you did not disclose to us. You assured me that you would keep us updated since we were okay with waiting for you and the landlord to reach a resolution.
As the moving date passed and there was no further communication, you informed me around the 15th that you could no longer hold on to our money and would process our refund. Since then, I have been trying to reach you for updates, but there has been back and forth with no actual refund issued and no responses from you or your team regarding this matter.
I am writing to formally request my refund. If I do not receive it promptly, I will have to consider making a report to my bank for fraud.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift response.

Property visit -
Ida was great when she visited the property. She was helpful with some things we were struggling with in the house. She was gentle with her explanation which seems nice. But we would appreciate urgent response to all the repairs which were noted by Ida noting that most of these repairs has been there since the beginning of our tenancy. Haart is doing well but they can do better in the services provided like
1)Give reports to Tenant as well after property visits.
2)Key handing over should be with an agent at the property so that if there is any issues it will be raised immediately.
3) Ensure repairs are done after viewing before Tenants moves in.
