I decided to go with Haarts after conducting some research to see which estate agents were selling best in 2023.
I met with Danny Frost who talked me through the process, this is my first time selling a property and Danny was very informative.
During the selling process, I was supported by Ren Pugh, who kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. I haven't had to do much at all, it has been handled by Haarts. The whole process was quick. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell the house.

Their property management team are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. After living in a property for 18 months, we were only able to successfully contact them twice via telephone and that was only after Head Office had to intervene.
We had a cracked window for 11 months. This was never resolved as they never did anything to get it fixed. We know this as when I brought it up back in December, they tried to tell me we declared it was there before we moved in even though there’s email evidence of the day we notified them it had happened.
They left us without a working oven for almost an entire month, including Christmas Day, because they were impossible to contact. We sent through official notice via their website, voicemails, and emails. None of these were reviewed until we contacted Head Office, and even then that took a couple of attempts.
We had a small leak in our bathroom that was going into the downstairs property, this was left for around 10 months and even then we were told “just keep an eye on it I guess”.
We were never able to get in contact with our Landlady as they did not and would not give us her details.
The lack of service that was provided was horrendous, and I would seriously advise anyone looking to rent to go through a different estate agency.
I believe that this is clear evidence that they do not care for their customers, and subsequently lack the core values everyone should hold.

Thankfully when we finally got in contact with our Landlady she was absolutely amazing and helped us out so much.

Be very careful of their phishing letters giving the impression they have a buyer interested in your property. It's just a ploy to value your property and duel list. This can end up costing £1000's in unnecessary agent fees as you'll pay both agents irrespective of who sells.

They would just keep your holding deposit and make a bogus claim against you saying you didn't provide this paperwork or that. Proper scam artist specially a guy called ANDREA from lettings department. Do Not trust him. He is there leader.

I've been dealing predominantly with Rio-Marie Maddox at the Grays branch in order to buy my house and the service she’s provided so far has been excellent. She’s delivered on his promises and managed to find a dream house quickly! Rio- Marie has been responsive and gets back to me quickly whenever I need an update on how things are progressing. To be honest, the whole team have been great. Will definitely recommend Haart Grays and will use them again!
