We recently viewed a property with Ben Wooton. We decided to make an offer to buy the property through Victoria Blore, who had made the viewing arrangements. Both Ben and Victoria did an excellent job. Thank you. Unfortunately our offer was rejected and we won't be buying the house ....... our quest continues. It was nice to deal with real people at a 'proper estate agent'. By contrast we recently viewed and offered on a property which was marketed with an online agency. The faceless online agent was worse than useless in the way they dealt with us and we now try to avoid properties advertised by them, if we can help it.

Very disappointed with the treatment from Haart Nottingham. Spoke with Angela last month about a rent arrears letter which was completely false as my rent is paid every month on the same day. The arrears were apparently 12 days before the rent is due! She assured me she would speak to her manager to correct it. She never followed up and the same has happened this month. Appalling service.

Ongoing poor experience as a Landlord using them, possibly as I have only 1 property (might provide a better service for larger landlords). Poor (or no) communication, issues at the property drag on for a long time, having to chase for overdue rent (lack of proactivity from them) etc. Main aim seems to be to charge for additional services and I am not receiving value for money for the management fee I pay monthly.
