"We had issues when viewing the flat"
We had issues when viewing the flat. The toilet seat was loose,the bathroom hand basin had no plug and the cooker's oven was disgusting! The letting agent saw this when I pointed it out.
I felt as though I was being fobbed off when these issues were raised and reported they needed addressing.
I would have thought it would have been obvious that they should check over the property before the next tenant moved in? Also the loose toilet seat posed as a health and safety hazard.
I won't ever consider recommending anyone to use this particular agency.

Rang luton branch to view a house 3 times no call backs no explanation no viewing do you want to sell houses. Are you really professional? I work in retail if I gave this kind of service I would be disgusted and reprimanded. So went somewhere else a d assume I lost this property.
